I was unhappy with my first experience at martinizing, I dropped off Thursday morning 8-9 shirts and 2 pants, was told it would be ready Friday after 4, I came a bit early around 345 and was told it's not ready and to return in about a hr, I returned around 515 and was told one shirt isn't ready, When inspected the shirts were pressed nicely but basic stains were not removed, examples black lines in a cuff, neck line cuff... the receptionist was polite
Excellent friendly customer service. I really felt like they appreciate my business. Our clothes came out perfectly. Will continue to use them happily.
