I asked for my shirt to be dry cleaned and it was washed instead. I then asked for it to be dry cleaned to remove the detergent smell as I am allergic to fragrances and it smells like they sprayed it with perfume. I have even ozoned the shirt and the odor will not come out so I will need to discard the expensive summer dress shirt. I am very disappointed. I have had to air other shirts I set for press only because it smelled like the presser or bagger had strong fragrance on but this smell seems to be permanent.
