It was expensive and not ironed or starched. The expensive jacket looked terrible after being dry cleaned, had there been a clear I would have asked the work be corrected

I am missing a black sleeveless shirt. For the cost, the items were not pressed and starched I am going to have to take my red blazer to another dry cleaner to have it done correctly. There is no person or phone number to call about my issues.
my experience was awful. Had problems getting my clothes out. there was no one in the building to help. Thank God some one came in to pick up and helped me. Your seamtress is the best. Only reason why I use you.Called on my phone to get help. no one answered
It as my first visit to your store, it’s all automated and I needed my sons suit cleaned for his grandfather’s funeral. The places seemed unnamed until an extremely RUDe older woman came out yelling that all I had to do was ask her?? Apparently I did something wrong according to her. I will not be visiting again Sorry to have to give a bad review but first impressions are everything
You guys did a great job. Cleaned my pants well. But the mask requirement is stupid. Don’t make people wear masks.
I only asked for a hole to be sewed in my sweatpants and then I’m told they were cleaned as well (which I didn’t ask for...she asked me specifically when I was first in and I clearly said no) but the price ended up being almost 20 bucks for a hole sewing and wash which is way too much (more than I paid for the pants). Sad since I’ve been a long time customer of Sun Country and won’t be back after this unless I’m given some sort of credit and this is made right. There were stains on the dress that you could not get out you never call to let me know that and you dry cleaned it full of stains and did not take them out... You could have given me a choice and called
