I chose to take a brand new pair of pants to be tailored here a couple of weeks ago because they had the best reviews in the area. However, the workmanship was shoddy and the customer service to rectify the issue was incredibly frustrating. I needed the panted rushed because of a work trip and paid extra to have them done by the weekend (dropped off on Wednesday).
