I chose to take a brand new pair of pants to be tailored here a couple of weeks ago because they had the best reviews in the area. However, the workmanship was shoddy and the customer service to rectify the issue was incredibly frustrating. I needed the panted rushed because of a work trip and paid extra to have them done by the weekend (dropped off on Wednesday). This place is amazing. They met the deadline. My husband said that the zipper placement was perfect and the shorts are soft and comfortable. I appreciate them pressing and dry cleaning the shorts. Completely unexpected. Well worth the price. We will be back.
I have used 4 different Cleaners over the last five years and Studio Cleaners is by far the best. The staff is the friendliest and most efficient, the clothes come back beautifully cleaned, parking is convenient, prices are fair. I love everything about Studio Cleaners and always highly recommend them to my friends
I had some alterations on a coat. This is the 3rd item I’ve had alterations completed here. ALL 3 times I was up charged on the cost. I was given an “estimate” to shorten the sleeves. Each time the estimate was $32.99. Each time I was told I’d be given a call on Monday with the price, which had to be approved by the owner. Each time I had to call them and each time it ended up being $39.99. 2 of the items were light jackets that didn’t even cost $39.99 and the most recent one was a heavy coat. Honestly … best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Cameron is so accommodating. He is obviously proud of his work. And the price is very fair. Don’t send your clothes to anyone else !
