I chose to take a brand new pair of pants to be tailored here a couple of weeks ago because they had the best reviews in the area. However, the workmanship was shoddy and the customer service to rectify the issue was incredibly frustrating. They are price gougers. We ask for a quote on a jacket, we were told to leave the jacket overnight and we would get a call in the morning with the correct rate. The clerk at the counter said that we needed to leave the coat overnight because she did not know the price and she had to speak to her boss the next day for the price. She said in order to give a price the next day she would have to put down $140 as a mock price. Not only are they friendly but honest too! I asked a out a certain blanket and they were honest about not dry cleaning it because it would take a lot to get it done. I had a problem with it. I fixed myself. They could have e easily taken it and charged me. Love it! My new cleaners! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought in a pair of jeans for a repair and they did an excellent job! The stitching looks perfect, the fit is just right, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend their services!
