If you are planning to get alterations done from this place please don’t waste your time and money. Please look for another place who can do a better job. I gave them three jeans for adjusting the length and they messed up the brand new jeans. I told them that some places didn’t do a good job so I specifically told to make sure the jeans doesn’t stick out after the alternation. They agreed to it and did exactly the opposite. My first time trying them due to I'm new to the community and the reviews were great i decided to take my pants to be hem...it took a week but oh, my goodness they looks great it looks like I took them off store rack. . Great job I will now bring the rest of clothes. Their nice and professional too.
I chose to take a brand new pair of pants to be tailored here a couple of weeks ago because they had the best reviews in the area. However, the workmanship was shoddy and the customer service to rectify the issue was incredibly frustrating. I needed the panted rushed because of a work trip and paid extra to have them done by the weekend (dropped off on Wednesday). Excellent work! Quick turn around. Great prices. I use them for both alterations and dry cleaning/shirt laundering. I have always had a great experience with them.
Not only are they friendly but honest too! I asked a out a certain blanket and they were honest about not dry cleaning it because it would take a lot to get it done. I had a problem with it. I fixed myself. They could have e easily taken it and charged me. Love it! My new cleaners! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
