If you are planning to get alterations done from this place please don’t waste your time and money. Please look for another place who can do a better job. I gave them three jeans for adjusting the length and they messed up the brand new jeans. I told them that some places didn’t do a good job so I specifically told to make sure the jeans doesn’t stick out after the alternation. They agreed to it and did exactly the opposite. I chose to take a brand new pair of pants to be tailored here a couple of weeks ago because they had the best reviews in the area. However, the workmanship was shoddy and the customer service to rectify the issue was incredibly frustrating. I needed the panted rushed because of a work trip and paid extra to have them done by the weekend (dropped off on Wednesday). Not only are they friendly but honest too! I asked a out a certain blanket and they were honest about not dry cleaning it because it would take a lot to get it done. I had a problem with it. I fixed myself. They could have e easily taken it and charged me. Love it! My new cleaners! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They are price gougers. We ask for a quote on a jacket, we were told to leave the jacket overnight and we would get a call in the morning with the correct rate. The clerk at the counter said that we needed to leave the coat overnight because she did not know the price and she had to speak to her boss the next day for the price. She said in order to give a price the next day she would have to put down $140 as a mock price.
