Very glad I found them. I had bought a brand new king down duvet and needed it washed. Pristine Touch Cleaners San Pedro….was the dry cleaners I found before I found THIS place, they said they could handle the duvet. They RUINED IT! And STAINED IT! They didn’t dry it completely so the feathers inside had that mildew musty smell. Just horrible. (And they’re not a real dry cleaning service). Had a great experience. Needed my bridesmaid gown and my husband’s dress pants to be dry cleaned in 24 hours before our flight. They offered to have it done the same day! Maybe took 5-6 hours. Gave me enough time to run errands and get what I needed dry cleaned. I’ll definitely be back!
I chose to take a brand new pair of pants to be tailored here a couple of weeks ago because they had the best reviews in the area. However, the workmanship was shoddy and the customer service to rectify the issue was incredibly frustrating. I needed the panted rushed because of a work trip and paid extra to have them done by the weekend (dropped off on Wednesday). If you are planning to get alterations done from this place please don’t waste your time and money. Please look for another place who can do a better job. I gave them three jeans for adjusting the length and they messed up the brand new jeans. I told them that some places didn’t do a good job so I specifically told to make sure the jeans doesn’t stick out after the alternation. They agreed to it and did exactly the opposite. Studio Cleaners is my go to cleaners for professional altar vestments as well as daily black clerical clothing. With their method of cleaning the material remains crisp and clean….
