My first time here, I love how they are so conveniently close. They were very friendly and had my alterations done within a week. He did a great job on my boyfriends suit. I have taken my son's suit jacket in for alterations now and it will be ready in 1 week. I love it! I found me a new dry cleaning company & a tailor! Definitely recommend!
Fantastic prices! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Good success with getting decent cleaning of all garment types. And satisfied with tailoring on a few pieces. The store is conveniently close if I’m picking up on Saturday. During the week I work 13 miles away and can’t make it before closing — hence my only caution; on three different occasions I had to return items with spots (two shirts and one jacket). Nothing bad to say about this business. The quality of their work is excellent. Very friendly staff. Turnaround time is quick. Great communication via text when you’re clothes are ready or if you forget to pick them up. Their prices are also fair.
If you are planning to get alterations done from this place please don’t waste your time and money. Please look for another place who can do a better job. I gave them three jeans for adjusting the length and they messed up the brand new jeans. I told them that some places didn’t do a good job so I specifically told to make sure the jeans doesn’t stick out after the alternation. They agreed to it and did exactly the opposite. I dropped off a faux fur blanket for dry cleaning and it came back with some light stains that were not there originally. So I took it back and they corrected the issue and my blanket came back immaculate. I also had some alterations done there to take in clothes that were too big. The tailor was gentle and understanding of what I needed. The clothes came back fitting perfectly with excellent stitches and seams. Can’t even tell the clothing was altered. Wonderful business with friendly employees.
