Wonderful experience. I had a very special quilt that was made by my mother in law all hand stitched and it was done to perfection. Nicely folded and put in a seal bag. They do a Great job at Southside Cleaners.😊

After doing business with you for over 18 years I'm totally disappointed in how you handled my $150 throwback Bucs jersey. Instead of owning up to your mistake because the damage was done at your store and had been cleaned there before, you tell me to take it back to the manufacturer and tell them. I wasn't even expecting a full refund for my jersey but I did not even get an apology. I never thought I would be handled so unprofessional.
