They don’t tell you the price upfront they tell you that you will receive a text message with your total and pick up information. However when l picked up the order my dress wasn’t properly cleaned it was dirty at the bottom. When brought to their attention l was told they would try to lint roll it to clean it because there wasn’t anyone available to re-clean it today. Southside Cleaners has been a Lakeland staple for years, and it’s easy to see why. Their convenient pickup and drop-off options make life so much easier, and their pricing is always fair and reasonable. The staff are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely good people who take great care of their customers. Plus, their witty business signs always bring a smile to my face! What a great and engaging atmosphere when you take our clothes of when you receive your pickup text. My only feedback would be consistency on preferences. But that is small to compared to the level of Customer Service received, that is always consistent.

We have been using Southside Cleaners for over 25 years. They do a good job and their pickup service is excellent. Always delivers a quality service!

Fantastic service. I appreciate the way you call if you might find a problem with a garment that has embellishments. You have never failed to damage any of my garments. I love your pick up and delivery service. Thet take such care at leaving at the door when you are not available. Thank you for being you.
