They don’t tell you the price upfront they tell you that you will receive a text message with your total and pick up information. However when l picked up the order my dress wasn’t properly cleaned it was dirty at the bottom. When brought to their attention l was told they would try to lint roll it to clean it because there wasn’t anyone available to re-clean it today. What a great and engaging atmosphere when you take our clothes of when you receive your pickup text. My only feedback would be consistency on preferences. But that is small to compared to the level of Customer Service received, that is always consistent.
Fantastic service. I appreciate the way you call if you might find a problem with a garment that has embellishments. You have never failed to damage any of my garments.
