I recently started using Silver Isles cleaners last year when I had an emergency to get dry cleaning in a rush for a trip. They accommodated my needs and they even had the clothes ready even before I thought they would be ready. Ever since I have been coming back. I’ve been to this location several times in the past without issue. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I brought in two tank tops to have the straps shortened. During the fitting, the tailor measured the amount to be cut while I was wearing them, and I agreed with the measurement—if anything, I thought we could shorten them even more, but we stuck to the original adjustment. This is my local community dry cleaners and I’ve been using them for several years. My clothes are cleaned well and I always receive courteous and helpful service from the staff. I highly recommend them.

My clothes were clean but for the wrinkly collars. The service is very sub-par. My clothes were always 2 days late or later, there were no discounts to make up for the inconvenience.
