I needed a quick turnaround for an alteration and this cleaner absolutely delivered! Their customer service was so pleasant and personable which made the experience stress-free. I’ve been to this location several times in the past without issue. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I brought in two tank tops to have the straps shortened. During the fitting, the tailor measured the amount to be cut while I was wearing them, and I agreed with the measurement—if anything, I thought we could shorten them even more, but we stuck to the original adjustment. Professional service and they take excellent care of your clothes. Also, very honest people. I left (expensive) cufflinks on a shirt without knowing and when I went for pick up, they had in a small bag and handed them to me. 5 star service!
Best dry cleaners I have found in my 32 years of living in Pembroke Pines. Every item I bring in is checked for its label to be sure I get everything accurately returned. When the dry cleaning is ready, I get an email. It makes it so convenient. And, of course, the clothes look great.
