I use to love coming here and supporting a local business, However this last pick-up was anything but nice. The prices have gone up dramatically. and yet that wasnt the issue. The usual young later out the counter is great! so was the previous alteration lady. Whoever the older lady was at the counter was just rude, lack of anthousiam and could care less of anything, and seemed like she couldnt wait for me to leave. Mind you there was no one else in site. Turnaround is quick, and they have never damaged a clothing item of mine over the years. The yearly subscription fee is worth the price for the discount and convenience of dropping off clothing at anytime.
I recommend you to not waste your time and money here. Very expensive for a single stitch work $45 but they said it was a hem job… I didn’t asked for my pants to hem nor hemmed my pants..and work quality is bad. So sad to see that this place has alot of potential to be successful but they’re too greedy.
