I have been going to Silver Isles Cleaners @Countryside for almost 10 years and they have always been professional and amicable. I even had table linens dry cleaned for a party and they were home delivered due to time constraints. Highly recommend. Love everyone there.
Took at least 15 minutes just to be able to drop it off with the person trying to handle me and another call coming in. 3 employees with me in person and one call. That’s it. She wouldn’t give me the price upfront and finally tells me it’s $49.00 to make some pants shorter. That’s more than the pants. I am pressed for time and had to end up leaving them there but it’s the first and last time. Never again. Find a private person that sews from home.
The staff is super nice and friendly, and the seamstress did a great job of hemming a pair of pants. However, their off-site dry cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired. The first blouse I left was not ironed properly. They flattened the pleats on the sleeve cuffs. Twice. The onsite staff was kind enough to iron it herself. The second blouse I left for cleaning came back with a stain on the sleeve, and was sent back only to return with different stains on the front. The third blouse also came back with stains. The girls are always very nice especially Sylvia. When you pick up your dry cleaning, Sylvia will tell you she sent back an item because it wasn’t to her satisfaction to make sure you’re always happy. Sylvia is amazing. I go to that store because of her.
Very professional and courteous. Always welcoming. Great job on dry cleaning clothes.
