I keep putting on the bag card and in the computer record that I want heavy heavy starch in shirts and in Khakis but hardly any starch is in the clothes. As much as Rogers charges for the cleaning it looks like they would do as requested. I will try other cleaners for future dry cleaning.

I only trust my clothes to Rogers. Perfectly cleaned and pressed every time. Long time customer.

I brought a suite and two shirts in for cleaning the day before I asked for the items around 12:00. The next day At 18:00 I went to pickup items. I was told the suite was done but not the shirt not done. There were 4 people there doing nothing. I told them I was flying the next day that was why I asked for a special. They asked if I wanted the shirts back so I could iron them myself. I almost said yes. They said the shirts would ready next in the morning. Picked them up around 10:00 the next day. Washed my HUGE dog bed after my pup got sick on it so I didn’t have to buy an expensive new one - my pup and I are so happy!

The service was great however putting the bar code labels on the tags of the garments was annoying. I try to take one of them off of my hat and rip lining of my hat. Please use another method of tracking items. Thank you.
