Did you ever have that one dress you loved? And then spilled something on it - if that happens to you, head to Rogers Cleaners! Used for years and years and they've never let me down.
I took the coat to remove a strong smell like leather and I told the attendant that was the purpose to have it clean. It came with exactly the same smell
Your delivery man was rude. He said that “ yes, he was holding our clothes hostage”. Our credit card was hacked and no one notified us that the payment wasn’t going through. All he had to do was ask for an updated card. There was no reason to be rude. We had been your customers for nearly a decade. But no more. Nor will we recommend anyone to you.
Had my Khakis claened and pressed On the name label I put in big red letters "PUT EXTRA HEAVY STARCH IN KHAKIS. I don't think they put any and this is the second time. I think U will try somewhere else.
When I dropped off my jumpsuit the woman said it would be around $12.and when I picked it up I was charged $29.+… I won’t use u again!
Once again- no crease in cargo pants. I quit using your service. I was convinced to give it another try and assured the problem would be resolved. It was not. This represents a significant waste of my time.
I have always accepted that designer clothes cost more to clean, but to be charged $25 to clean a pair of velvet overalls that are not designer label is ridiculous. They didn't cost that much to BUY. I fell that Roger's does not offer good value, I will find another dry cleaner.
Ridiculously expensivez
Well when I dropped the garment off, the customer service rep didn’t advise me of the price. I was set aback when I came to pick it up and was asked for $55. I wasn’t privy to the price and should had been advised before intake. We live in the neighborhood and do business and support Roger’s. The evening gown didn’t need cleaning to that level. Very disappointed and not happy especially with the recession
