Terrible customer service. Dropped off my wedding dress and groom's suit for cleaning a week ago. They were unable to give a quote at the time of dropoff but gave a wide price range; they said they would contact me within an hour to confirm the exact price. I did not hear back, tried texting and calling the next day with no response from them. I took a Levi short sleeve 100 % cotton shirt in to be cleaned that had clearly tagged instructions to "machine was only." The shirt was dry cleaned and subsequently the fabric was ruined.
