Terrible customer service. Dropped off my wedding dress and groom's suit for cleaning a week ago. They were unable to give a quote at the time of dropoff but gave a wide price range; they said they would contact me within an hour to confirm the exact price. I did not hear back, tried texting and calling the next day with no response from them. I am so sad. Got back several items from the dry cleaners and my skirts were safety-pinned to the hangers??? Instead of just hanging them in the anchor of the hanger or giving them back folded. Now my delicate silks have holes in them which will degrade them over time. The dry cleaning itself has been good and the prices are amazing but this just seems ill advised. If you are bringing skirts make sure to ask they don’t do this!
I needed a dress pressed for a wedding on a Saturday morning and Rockridge Royal saved the day! They had the dress back to me in less than an hour and did a fantastic job!!!
So disappointed after years of coming here to be treated so disrespectfully with complete ableism and disability phobia. I came in today and within two seconds of not having my phone number ready after stating I needed a moment because I have a disability I was laughed at and then mocked. So disgusting and disappointing.
I had 3 old jeans that I needed to have a few holes mended. I was told by the seamstress it would be $20 total and wasn't offered any immediate invoice. I picked them up today and was charged $60. I was not happy and told them that was not what I was quoted and they simply replied it was $20 each. I told them they weren't worth that much and got a blank look in return. Despite the quality work done, I'm not going back there again due to this experience.
