I needed overnight service and my usual place doesn’t provide it. I looked online and found Rockridge Royal. And they are just that! I love that I received a text where I could track the order, then notified when it was ready. To add to stellar customer service I was given the option to have my order delivered! They definitely have a new customer!!

Terrible customer service. Dropped off my wedding dress and groom's suit for cleaning a week ago. They were unable to give a quote at the time of dropoff but gave a wide price range; they said they would contact me within an hour to confirm the exact price. I did not hear back, tried texting and calling the next day with no response from them. Such a great dry cleaner. Always friendly and quick. They’ve successfully removed gum and mildew from clothing for me. Highly recommend chatting with them if you have clothes you’re unsure how to clean.
