This place has great customer service. I walked in on a Friday needing a hem for a memorial the following Sunday and was sad to see that it would take more than four days for it to finish. But they saw how panicked I looked and offered to expedite the simple hemming I requested. It made all the difference in feeling better about going to such a sad occasion that they would rush my order. I really appreciate this kind gesture and will keep coming back for my alterations.
Been coming here for years! Mostly just for my SF Giants and Forty Niners jerseys. Cleaned one of my favorite jerseys with wing sauce on it!! Never thought it could get cleaned! But they got the job done!! Not even a trace of the sauce! Will always recommend anyone to try this place!! Thanks Everyone!! Great job!!
I have been coming here for many many years. I feel they really pay attention to my garments and do what is necessary to make them really clean. I have moved out of the area and I still drive over there because their service is so good.

I love that I received a text where I could track the order, then notified when it was ready. To add to stellar customer service I was given the option to have my order delivered!
