NOPE! Dropped a suit and two shirts off Thursday assured me they would be done Monday. Called at 5:30 since no one contacted me. Told me they couldn’t find it. 5 min later it appeared - not laundered. Asked what happened and girl at front told me the hurricane backed everything up, then she said the machine broke, then she muted me and refused to answer any of my questions. If I could rate this location a -5 I would. Horrible customer service. I dropped my wedding dress earlier this month for cleaning, only the bottom was dirty. When I called on Wednesday they couldn't find it, they said it was never received, then after being on hold for 20 mins, they finally found it and said it was cleaned. They have come along way at River Oaks Cleaners since I started visiting their fine location. However today I noticed a problem With my Zenga Cody cuffs and will bring to there attention. Since gone they had a bad apple working there that stole my Italian vest, the owners knows about and is going to pay for the damages. They are extremely professional and very thoughtful. I recommend them to those seeking the finest service.
I just moved to Houston and need a cleaner that is good and reasonable. I took one dress that had some stains on it to “test “ River Oaks Cleaners”. Baloo was very very nice and told me he was pretty sure they could get out the stains. They did!!! I will definitely use them as my cleaners going forward. Hart
