i used to be a customer and stopped after an incident involving a dress that was improperly/poorly hemmed. i just wanted the dress actually hemmed but week after week, nothing happened. finally i got the owner of the place. his name was/is nizar momin. nizar momin said his company was not at fault in spite of the evidence i was holding in my hand. he refused to repair the poor hem job until i said i would escalate it further. how would i have done that? no idea, but i was beyond frustrated by this point. i have not been back... read more

I am extremely disappointed with this dry cleaner. I wore my suit for the first time after picking it up, and it had clearly shrunk to the point of being completely unwearable. I have owned this suit for a long time and have never once had a suit shrink at a dry cleaner, so this was not normal wear or prior damage — it was the result of their service.
