I recently brought A very large order and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in their staff was incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful. They made the entire process so easy even with the size of my order if you’re looking for a dry cleaning service that combines excellent results with wonderful customer service I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future cleaning needs.

I won’t be returning to this dry cleaner. When I went to pick up my sweater, I presented a 20% off coupon that I had received via email. I was then told that I should have shown the coupon at drop-off, even though payment is only made at pick-up. Nowhere in the email does it mention that the coupon needs to be presented when dropping off items. The employee at the counter claimed she had already applied a 10% discount, but I don’t understand why honoring the 20% discount was such an issue. The experience left me disappointed... read more
$180 to clean two pairs of drapes. The work took several weeks and required me to call and follow up after I didn’t hear anything past the first week. When I did finally get the drapes they did not appear any cleaner. I emailed and didn’t receive a reply for over a month. They then asked me to bring the drapes into the store to review which by that point was not possible as I was home with a newborn.
