I am extremely disappointed with this dry cleaner. I wore my suit for the first time after picking it up, and it had clearly shrunk to the point of being completely unwearable. I have owned this suit for a long time and have never once had a suit shrink at a dry cleaner, so this was not normal wear or prior damage — it was the result of their service. Awful service. If you take your clothes here for laundering and pressing, they will dry clean up charge you. Also, I took a brand new Astros jersey to have them sew a patch on and they sewed it crooked. They redid it, but when I went to pick it up they charged me for dry cleaning as well. I told them it was brand new and didn't need cleaning but the girl at the front desk is miserable. She couldn't care less about your concerns.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999, and throughout the years, I’ve consistently been impressed by your service. However, my experience during this visit was quite the opposite. Went to have some couch covers cleaned on a rush basis - I have had them cleaned here before. The rush fee was not communicated to me. I show up to pick up the covers and they charged me $500 - fine, I needed them cleaned. I get home and go to put them back on the couch and they are very clearly not cleaned. I had a fantastic experience with River Oaks Cleaners! I dropped off my items in the morning and they were ready the same day, perfectly cleaned. The customer service was excellent—friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommend!
