I am extremely disappointed with this dry cleaner. I wore my suit for the first time after picking it up, and it had clearly shrunk to the point of being completely unwearable. I have owned this suit for a long time and have never once had a suit shrink at a dry cleaner, so this was not normal wear or prior damage — it was the result of their service. Awful service. If you take your clothes here for laundering and pressing, they will dry clean up charge you. Also, I took a brand new Astros jersey to have them sew a patch on and they sewed it crooked. They redid it, but when I went to pick it up they charged me for dry cleaning as well. I told them it was brand new and didn't need cleaning but the girl at the front desk is miserable. She couldn't care less about your concerns.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999, and throughout the years, I’ve consistently been impressed by your service. However, my experience during this visit was quite the opposite. I had a fantastic experience with River Oaks Cleaners! I dropped off my items in the morning and they were ready the same day, perfectly cleaned. The customer service was excellent—friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommend!

They did a phenomenal job with my rehearsal outfit and my wedding dress cleaning. My dress has a huge lace train which was very dirty from dancing. I had not touched it since my wedding 8 years ago ago, and I was shocked at how perfect it looks again! Highly recommend. They provided an accurate quote for pricing, and were early on the turn around time.
