I just switched to River Oaks Cleaners and was blown away by the level of service! Text reminders when your clothes are ready.. friendly faces willing to answer any questions.. my clothes look and smell perfect too! Definitely recommend!
I won’t be returning to this dry cleaner. When I went to pick up my sweater, I presented a 20% off coupon that I had received via email. I was then told that I should have shown the coupon at drop-off, even though payment is only made at pick-up. Nowhere in the email does it mention that the coupon needs to be presented when dropping off items. The employee at the counter claimed she had already applied a 10% discount, but I don’t understand why honoring the 20% discount was such an issue. The experience left me disappointed... read more
If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. My suit was not ready on 10/17 late in the morning after I was told it would be ready 10/16 in the afternoon. Not only was it not ready, I waited almost 30 minutes for them to bring me my suit because it wasn’t even at the location I dropped it off. My shirt was misplaced & then found & then I was told it was getting pressed (not even cleaned I assume). $180 to clean two pairs of drapes. The work took several weeks and required me to call and follow up after I didn’t hear anything past the first week. When I did finally get the drapes they did not appear any cleaner. I emailed and didn’t receive a reply for over a month. They then asked me to bring the drapes into the store to review which by that point was not possible as I was home with a newborn.
I’d steer clear of this place… prices are already much higher than most for basic services. Do not worry about getting anything patched here, was told I would get a call on the cost to patch a hole, no call, then charge $37… Ruined a $300 jacket, filed the claim, the owner Nizar agreed the replacement value would be $200, then settled himself on reimbursing $100 for the jacket that they ruined. Wild how some people choose to conduct business, plenty of cleaners around, highly recommend looking elsewhere.
