Timely and perfectly done. I brought my comforter and pillows shams in. Staff friendly and professional. I expected at least two weeks for completion but was pleasantly surprised it was ready in Less than a week. Definitely making River Oaks Cleaners my go for all my dry cleaning needs.
I’d steer clear of this place… prices are already much higher than most for basic services. Do not worry about getting anything patched here, was told I would get a call on the cost to patch a hole, no call, then charge $37… Ruined a $300 jacket, filed the claim, the owner Nizar agreed the replacement value would be $200, then settled himself on reimbursing $100 for the jacket that they ruined. Wild how some people choose to conduct business, plenty of cleaners around, highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Staff is courteous and personable. My suit and shirt were dry cleaned neatly and folded perfectly. The location is very convenient for me, at the end of T.C. Jester.
Great service every time. My family has been using River Oaks Cleaners for over 5 years. They do a wonderful job with our clothing items for dry cleaning and laundering. They even cleaned my wedding dress after being worn on the beach. Highly recommend.
Easy, fast, affordable, excellent quality. I’m really happy with River Oaks cleaners - they have a 24hr drop box too if you want to drop things off after hours. Super convenient and my clothes come out nicely cleaned. They also do alterations. Well done Rover Oaks Cleaners!
