I dropped off a dress on Friday morning. I was told that it would be ready on Monday morning. I call to make sure and I am told that I can't pick it up until 12:30. I'm already on the way, so I stop by and ask for a manager. No manager. The lady that is assisting me at the front says "there's 500 pieces back there that I have to look through." She comes back and throws the dress on the counter top. This is how my dress was given to me. No plastic bag. Horrible customer service with a bad attitude. Will not return!
Staff was great! They rushed a rug cleaning for me after the recent hurricane even when running on a generator and clearly busy. Employees were kind and communicative on the status of my order. Would definitely use again!
I took in 2 coats which had been in a garage for many years. They both were damaged by heat and exposure to dampness. ROC personnel explained that the garments might not be salvageable but I went ahead and had them cleaned. Both garments look great, no spots or signs of damaged fabric.
