Unfortunately, my experience with this dry cleaning service was extremely disappointing. It was my first time using this location, and it will definitely be my last. The only positive aspect was the friendly and polite staff who took my clothes and returned them to me. I chose this place because of its glowing reviews, but I now feel misled. Pretty easy and quick. Took less than 2 minutes to drop it off and add my info into their system. They text you with updates. My suit took about 3 days. Paid 15$ for my suit and my dress shirt. The place is super clean too

Stained a very expensive dress and didn’t know if the stain would come out. got on the web to google top cleaners near me. River Oaks had the most and best reviews. Took my garment and explained the stains to one of the ladies at the front desk, she assured me that they would be very gentle and as careful as possible. Since the dress was pleated, she explained that we might loose the pleats due to the cleaning process .
