Amazing dry cleaning place. The staff are nice, they’re quick with dry cleaning, flexible pick up times, and they have an online portal where you can track the progress of dry cleaning your clothes. I’ve given them everything from suits to leather jackets and they’ve cleaned them all without damaging the items. The place is somewhat pricey, but for such great service and quality dry cleaning I think it’s worth it.
I have had the worst experience with this location in getting my wife's wedding dress cleaned at this location. We had her dress dropped off around late October and were not given a quote or itemized bill. Now that the dress has been cleaned they are charging us around $700. That is just to be cleaned and did not include preservation or any other service. Unfortunately, my experience with this dry cleaning service was extremely disappointing. It was my first time using this location, and it will definitely be my last. The only positive aspect was the friendly and polite staff who took my clothes and returned them to me. I chose this place because of its glowing reviews, but I now feel misled. Pretty easy and quick. Took less than 2 minutes to drop it off and add my info into their system. They text you with updates. My suit took about 3 days. Paid 15$ for my suit and my dress shirt. The place is super clean too
Stained a very expensive dress and didn’t know if the stain would come out. got on the web to google top cleaners near me. River Oaks had the most and best reviews. Took my garment and explained the stains to one of the ladies at the front desk, she assured me that they would be very gentle and as careful as possible. Since the dress was pleated, she explained that we might loose the pleats due to the cleaning process .
