Amazing dry cleaning place. The staff are nice, they’re quick with dry cleaning, flexible pick up times, and they have an online portal where you can track the progress of dry cleaning your clothes. I’ve given them everything from suits to leather jackets and they’ve cleaned them all without damaging the items. The place is somewhat pricey, but for such great service and quality dry cleaning I think it’s worth it.
I have had the worst experience with this location in getting my wife's wedding dress cleaned at this location. We had her dress dropped off around late October and were not given a quote or itemized bill. Now that the dress has been cleaned they are charging us around $700. That is just to be cleaned and did not include preservation or any other service. I had a red henna dye stain on a beautiful suede coat that a different dry cleaner didn't even want to touch. Brought it to River Oaks Cleaners and the stain is COMPLETELY GONE. It looks brand new and I am SO happy!! Would love to give them 100 stars if possible! Absolutely bring your clothes here -- especially if you have tough stains!
Unfortunately, my experience with this dry cleaning service was extremely disappointing. It was my first time using this location, and it will definitely be my last. The only positive aspect was the friendly and polite staff who took my clothes and returned them to me. I chose this place because of its glowing reviews, but I now feel misled. My first time using this dry cleaners and overall not impressed. Incredibly pricey, they could not get a stain off an item, and tried to hand me several items back with lint all over them. Disappointing quality.
