Unfortunately, my experience with this dry cleaning service was extremely disappointing. It was my first time using this location, and it will definitely be my last. The only positive aspect was the friendly and polite staff who took my clothes and returned them to me. I chose this place because of its glowing reviews, but I now feel misled. Stained a very expensive dress and didn’t know if the stain would come out. got on the web to google top cleaners near me. River Oaks had the most and best reviews. Took my garment and explained the stains to one of the ladies at the front desk, she assured me that they would be very gentle and as careful as possible. Since the dress was pleated, she explained that we might loose the pleats due to the cleaning process . Way overcharged me for linens. They did not tell me the cost when I dropped off the items and then slapped me with a huge bill when I went to up the items. If they had informed of the cost upfront I might have decided not to drop off all the items at once. Very disappointed. I have never used a cleaners who charged high prices and did not inform the customer in advance of the cost. I will not be going back.

They did a great job with my white blazer and even get a red pasta stain out of it. Quick turn around too. I’ll be returning.
