Unfortunately, my experience with this dry cleaning service was extremely disappointing. It was my first time using this location, and it will definitely be my last. The only positive aspect was the friendly and polite staff who took my clothes and returned them to me. I chose this place because of its glowing reviews, but I now feel misled. Ripped off. I brought a dress here worth well over $300. I explicitly asked NOT to remove tags as it had not been tried on yet. I received no call, but they removed the tag anyway. When I arrived and asked why the tag had been removed, they said they couldn’t do the press or steam with the loop type tag. They didn’t call me to tell me that, they removed the tag and did the job and charged me. They just did it anyway. On top of that, it was nearly $50 to steam and press 2 dresses, not even clean them. The people who work here are so kind and attentive. The prices are reasonable, they often have promotions for customers here, and you can’t beat the customer service. Special shout out to Sandra for making the spots on many of my garments look good as new! No one does dry cleaning like them- many thanks!
Quoted $8.50 to press a jacket, but when I picked it up they charged $14.30, adding $5 for a handkerchief I had already mentioned when dropping it off. This kind of hidden fee is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should be told the full price up front — I won’t be coming back.
