It was opened as a Dry Cleaner and Tailoring company with a vision of 1st class quality server and continues to be carried out by his family today. Our company is a national organization and is still owned and operated by 3 generations of the Dubasik family. Took zip covers for my sofa cushions to Rite Cleaners. Smelled fresh looked fresh and did not shrink them. The zippers were still in tact and I could not be more pleased. They advised me that my throw pillow casings, which is edge-piped and unremovable from the fill are something they recommended I clean myself because they could not warrant the integrity of the workmanship of the pillows. Each week I get a text to see if we are in need of pick up. They are always on time with pick up and drop off. Everything comes back very nicely pressed and cleaned. They make the dry cleaning process very easy.
They’re the best around! They’re always there for the last-minute stuff, I can’t count how many times they’ve come through because I was busy or simply forgot my garments. They have great prices, modern equipment, everything’s nice and neat & very clean! Very polite employees why bother going anywhere else!?
Was hesitant to switch to Rite dry cleaners only because they seemed too good to be true…but they’re not. The free pick up and drop off service has been a game-changer. Even if I sometimes forget to schedule a pick up and call into the store the day of pick up they always have fit me in. And we noticed a huge improvement in the cleanliness of our clothes after switching from our previous dry cleaner to Rite, esp the ring around the collars of my husbands work shirts. They are completely gone ! Highly recommend!!
Very professional set up. Clothes ready in a timely manner. If there’s ever an issue the owner/manager will go out of their way to make the customer happy. And it’s very convenient to have a tailoring section available on site.
