Found Rite Dry Cleaners after a bad experience with another dry cleaner who nearly ruined a very expensive suit jacket. I was looking for a dry cleaner close to my former cleaner and I found Rite Dry Cleaners. They are off of I-271, Wilson Mills exit- not far from the freeway on the corner of Wilson Mills and Bishop. I really appreciate the turnaround time. I absolutely needed these suit in 24 hours and after calling I was assured it would be ready and it was! Great easy process with the automated systems. I will be using this place again.
i'm a bit of a technophobe, but the service was very easy to use because they answered the phone promptly when I had questions and we're very pleasant and efficient. I really appreciate the service because they do items that other cleaners will not do such as drapes. My irreplaceable drapes came out beautifully. And the quick turnaround was nice too.
This was my first time using Rite Dry Cleaners sibI wasn't sure what to expect. The service was quick and very user friendly. My clothes were delivered fresh and crispy clean on hangers. I truly enjoyed my experience!
It was unusual to write order details an a card, put it into the bag with the clothes and deposit it into the collection box. No pickup ticket or knowledge of how long it would take. A few days later I got a text, saying it was ready for pickup. It was efficient, just not something I am accustomed to. They did a good job on the item I had cleaned and will most likely use their service again if needed.
