The workers are so friendly and know my name as soon as i walk in. Especially Jenny, she is hands down the nicest person I've seen there. My clothes are always ready the next day and are pressed perfectly.

Moved to Tyler from the Dallas/Plano area. Read reviews for several dry cleaners and Regency had several "SAVED THE DAY" reviews. Also, the alteration referral by staff were great. I don't use the drive thru at the Bullard Street location because it is great to watch the staff at work - coordination and nice to fellow works and customers.
