Damaged a favorite old ski shell and rain coat and thought they might be done for. Lot of local tailors but its all wedding gowns and suits and very few willing to work on technical gear/zippers/repairs. Seamstress Olga took on the project with no promises and brought my Patagonia and Mammut jackets back to life! There was about a month of lead time, which was explained to me when I dropped off. Wow, they are amazing. I needed some repair work done to my favorite coat. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to look very good as I had ripped it in a prominent area and therefore set my hopes low. But the seamstress did such a wonderful job that I literally had to search for the repair, even though I knew exactly where it should be. Incredible job! I highly recommend this business.
Started using Readywear after we moved after previously using the same dry cleaner for 16+ years, which was a good company but old school (still used paper slips). While Readywear is more expensive, their quality of service is absolutely worth the extra money: Easy 24/7 drop off via the bag they assign you, fast turnaround, friendly staff, and a text messaging alert system.
We depend on Readywear to keep life running smoothly! The staff here is incredibly personable and helpful. Quality is always timely and consistent. When I'm in a pinch they are always accommodating to make sure I get what I need and they have a tailor/seamstress for alterations as well. So glad to have them here.
Not only is the quality of the cleaning and the quick turnaround 5-Star, but the service and hospitality is simply impressive.
