I put 3 pair of jeans in the laundry at Rainbow Dry Cleaners and requested they be creased. I pick them up later and discovered by putting 3 pair of pants in on Wednesday, the third pair was free. I was happy about that and also Rainbow had the crease on my pants perfectly. I was really happy.
Excellent service and quality of work. I dropped of 9 garments for dry cleaning on a Friday afternoon,one full suit, 3 pairs of slacks, and 4 blazers, and they were ready for pick up Monday evening. Prompt, polite, & professional.
They do an excellent job and take great care of my clothes. Every dress shirt is perfectly pressed, collar shape maintained with a strip of cardboard and a clip, and sleeves held in place with a clip as well. I’ve never seen another dry cleaning business do that. I am very pleased with Rainbow cleaners and would gladly recommend them without any hesitation.
The employees are extremely efficient and friendly. I've never had a problem with the service. They provide alteration/repair service on site. And the laundry services are all done "in house", so "NOTHING"gets lost. I can't think of any way to improve this business. I drive past a few of their competitors to get to them. Carry on!
I have only had the opportunity to deal with Elena, who is polite, and more than helpful if I had any questions about my dry cleaning. The seamstress, Melia ( hopefully I spelled it correctly) is very good at her trade. I have used her service many times.
