They do an excellent job and take great care of my clothes. Every dress shirt is perfectly pressed, collar shape maintained with a strip of cardboard and a clip, and sleeves held in place with a clip as well. I’ve never seen another dry cleaning business do that. I am very pleased with Rainbow cleaners and would gladly recommend them without any hesitation.
The employees are extremely efficient and friendly. I've never had a problem with the service. They provide alteration/repair service on site. And the laundry services are all done "in house", so "NOTHING"gets lost. I can't think of any way to improve this business. I drive pa St a few of their competitors to get to them. Carry on!
This is one of the most uncaring, unorganized dry cleaners I have dealt with during my 31 years in Tampa. They cannot find your clothes and if you make the mistake of leaving them there too long, they give them away and do not help you locate them after they give them away. I had them clean and repair a friend’s wedding dress that was damaged and filthy from the hurricane flooding in their home. It looks fantastic and I can’t wait to return it to her! It’s a surprise!
The netting for one of my tube doors on my jeep started to tear and they made it like new again. So appreciative of the work done. I will definitely use again if/when needed.
