Excellent service and quality of work. I dropped of 9 garments for dry cleaning on a Friday afternoon,one full suit, 3 pairs of slacks, and 4 blazers, and they were ready for pick up Monday evening. Prompt, polite, & professional.
The employees are extremely efficient and friendly. I've never had a problem with the service. They provide alteration/repair service on site. And the laundry services are all done "in house", so "NOTHING"gets lost. I can't think of any way to improve this business. I drive past a few of their competitors to get to them. Carry on!
We've been using Rainbow Dry Cleaners for years! They do an excellent job and are very professional. Customer service is outstanding! Love that they are right in our neighborhood and conveniently located.
Friendly and good service, however, we feel the pricing is high. Since we’re new to the area, we’ll need to shop around for lower prices. If not any better elsewhere, we’ll be back.
They do an excellent job and take great care of my clothes. Every dress shirt is perfectly pressed, collar shape maintained with a strip of cardboard and a clip, and sleeves held in place with a clip as well. I’ve never seen another dry cleaning business do that. I am very pleased with Rainbow cleaners and would gladly recommend them without any hesitation.
