I switched to Rainbow Cleaners after being frustrated with other cleaners’ inability to deliver top-notch service. I have been there for several years, and I expect to be there for many more.
I recently brought three (3) new pairs of men’s pants to Rainbow Dry Cleaners to be hemmed one inch. When I picked them up the hem had been done but the crease in the hem was not pressed. They looked awful. I was not told that I needed to ask for the hem to be pressed or whether or not I wanted them cleaned. The crease in the hem was dirty and now I have to get them cleaned. I have been going to this place for years, and it's great. My clothes are always perfectly cleaned and pressed. Elena and her staff are fantastic. Great service, great prices, high quality work.
I had alterations done on a chair outfit for my granddaughter. I went from an extra large to a small and they did such a good job. I would definitely recommend.
Always friendly and they do a great job with alterations as well. You can get discounts if you bring multiple garments in on Wednesdays. I have been going to them eight years.
