Scammed Me. Don’t go here 🙏 (Rude and money hungry) This is my first time using a dry cleaners, and I let the lady know this (I went to this one because it was local). She says I need to create an account with them, so I give them my name a phone number. I drop off my jacket, and they told me my total was $26. I agreed and used my Apple Pay. I thought that was it. Recently I took 3 pairs on dress pants to be cleaned, at next day pickup a lady employee handed me 2 pairs, I said to her I'm missing a pair, she checked and replied oh, the third one has a stain and they are still working on it, it should be ready tomorrow. Picked up my dress, brought it home when I took the plastic off of my dress was still dirty. I called and was told I could bring it back, but it wouldn't be ready till Tuesday. I needed it for an event for tonight. The woman on the phone was very rude. I asked if she could tell me if they charged me for this because I also brought my husband suit. Excellent service and quality of work. I dropped of 9 garments for dry cleaning on a Friday afternoon,one full suit, 3 pairs of slacks, and 4 blazers, and they were ready for pick up Monday evening. Prompt, polite, & professional.
