Brought in a couple a pants to get hemmed. Took a pair of jeans to compare lengths, although I still tried on the pants for measurements. I had a bad experience before with there tailoring, so I asked to have the jeans I brought in to compare overall length. They all matched. When I got em back from getting hemmed. I was missing one of the pants they were supposed to alter. When I came home and saw it wasn’t with the other clothes I called them. The man said I’m making a mistake and I never bought said pants for alterations. I told him to check because I was 100% sure they had it. I went back and he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the pants. I urged him to check again. After a while of back and forth he finally found the pants and said he forgot to “ticket” the item. They’re always welcoming , I come a lot to get my jeans fitted or other clothing to my size, it’s always spot on and I’m always satisfied , the prices are good, people are nice , and the out comes are great. If there’s baggy pants you like but would like to keep the baggyness but fitted at the waist this is my go to place lol
Took my Italian Suit and wanted a Crisp look and creased pants and was very pleased on the service that was provided when I showed up to the wedding everyone complimented me on how Handsome and Good I looked Thank You so much and will be returning for my dry cleaning needs.
Staff is kind and customer service was professional. The owner called to notify me of a discoloration on one my articles before cleaning. That showed me that he looked at every item I took to ensure good quality. Thank you!!
