There was pet hair all over my dry cleaned coat and I don't have any pets! I asked the owner if they washed my items with other peoples clothes and he said yes... he didn't apologize and all he did was use a lint roller to try to remove the pet hair which didn't help at all. I was picking the pet hair out of my coat one by one.... and he just walked away. I was there for about 10 minutes doing so... I wish I would have looked at the coat before paying for the service. It was $18.34... I am not happy. It was not worth it.
I was blown away at how they were able to transform my 25 year old vintage 👰🏻♀️wedding gown back to its original look. I will admit it still had the grass and dirt stains at the bottom of the dress from my original wedding day 25 years ago🤷🏻♀️.On top of that, our pregnant cat 🐈 had climbed to the top of our garage took out the wedding dress from its original bag, dragged it to the other side of the garage and gave birth to 4 kittens on it. Took my Italian Suit and wanted a Crisp look and creased pants and was very pleased on the service that was provided when I showed up to the wedding everyone complimented me on how Handsome and Good I looked Thank You so much and will be returning for my dry cleaning needs.
Brought in a couple a pants to get hemmed. Took a pair of jeans to compare lengths, although I still tried on the pants for measurements. I had a bad experience before with there tailoring, so I asked to have the jeans I brought in to compare overall length. They all matched. When I got em back from getting hemmed. One pair was two inches longer than the other? Although different model pants…. They shouldn’t be two inches longer in length? Anyways I took extra precautions to avoid this kind of error….
