There was pet hair all over my dry cleaned coat and I don't have any pets! I asked the owner if they washed my items with other peoples clothes and he said yes... he didn't apologize and all he did was use a lint roller to try to remove the pet hair which didn't help at all. I was picking the pet hair out of my coat one by one.... and he just walked away. I was there for about 10 minutes doing so... I wish I would have looked at the coat before paying for the service. It was $18.34... I am not happy. It was not worth it.
Brought in a couple a pants to get hemmed. Took a pair of jeans to compare lengths, although I still tried on the pants for measurements. I had a bad experience before with there tailoring, so I asked to have the jeans I brought in to compare overall length. They all matched. When I got em back from getting hemmed. One pair was two inches longer than the other? Although different model pants…. They shouldn’t be two inches longer in length? Anyways I took extra precautions to avoid this kind of error…. Took my Italian Suit and wanted a Crisp look and creased pants and was very pleased on the service that was provided when I showed up to the wedding everyone complimented me on how Handsome and Good I looked Thank You so much and will be returning for my dry cleaning needs.
I was missing one of the pants they were supposed to alter. When I came home and saw it wasn’t with the other clothes I called them. The man said I’m making a mistake and I never bought said pants for alterations. I told him to check because I was 100% sure they had it. I went back and he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the pants. I urged him to check again. After a while of back and forth he finally found the pants and said he forgot to “ticket” the item.
