There was pet hair all over my dry cleaned coat and I don't have any pets! I asked the owner if they washed my items with other peoples clothes and he said yes... he didn't apologize and all he did was use a lint roller to try to remove the pet hair which didn't help at all. I was picking the pet hair out of my coat one by one.... and he just walked away. I was there for about 10 minutes doing so... I wish I would have looked at the coat before paying for the service. It was $18.34... I am not happy. It was not worth it.
Brought in a couple a pants to get hemmed. Took a pair of jeans to compare lengths, although I still tried on the pants for measurements. I had a bad experience before with there tailoring, so I asked to have the jeans I brought in to compare overall length. They all matched. When I got em back from getting hemmed. I was missing one of the pants they were supposed to alter. When I came home and saw it wasn’t with the other clothes I called them. The man said I’m making a mistake and I never bought said pants for alterations. I told him to check because I was 100% sure they had it. I went back and he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the pants. I urged him to check again. After a while of back and forth he finally found the pants and said he forgot to “ticket” the item. High quality dry cleaning and alteration services. Friendly and efficient staff and my clothes NEVER have a dry cleaning chemical smell. Highly recommend!
Took my Italian Suit and wanted a Crisp look and creased pants and was very pleased on the service that was provided when I showed up to the wedding everyone complimented me on how Handsome and Good I looked Thank You so much and will be returning for my dry cleaning needs.
