Quail Dry Cleaning pick up & Delivery is all about customer service. They are so caring and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I needed a rush service done and they were on it! I also had a very special item that needed additional care and forgot to mention it. They were on it and noticed. They called to let me know and they gave it the extra care it needed. Amazing company that puts customer first and yes their services are top notch too! Highly receommend.

I’ve used Quail Dry Cleaning home pick up & delivery exclusively for many years. They are highly reliable and do an excellent job. Their customer service is exceptional - it’s rare to find a business that truly knows their clients and their personal preferences. This is what I value the most about doing business with them.

I am extremely impressed with Quail Dry Cleaning. They are very consistent with their pick up and drop off and the quality of their cleaning is impeccable. I also want to note how lovely, nice, and professional their driver, Tonya is. It honestly makes my day when I get to see Tonya — she is always positive and smiling. I highly recommend Quail Dry Cleaning! Thank you very much for keeping my clothes beautiful!

The best of the best! I’ve been to over a dozen dry cleaners over the years in Charlotte area. No one comes close to comparing to Quail Dry Cleaning. The quality of service, customer service, punctuality, efficiency and price is unmatched. Hands down, best dry cleaner around and thankful I found them!
