I love that they drop off and pick up our clothes! I recently had a luxury item that had a stain on it and they contacted me to let me know and worked to get it out safely without ruining the jacket. I really appreciated their communication.
Arlene and team are pleasant, courteous and efficient. We have used their services for years and it has been excellent and on a rare occurrence when something required further attention, they made every effort to make it right and leave us satisfied. A+ experience.
