Just picked up my suit from getting it dry cleaned, which is the only service I requested. Come to find out, both pants leg hems were redone… and redone incredibly poorly! Absolutely, no communication was given that this would be done/needed. Never asked for this, and certainly would not be asking, if this is the quality you are offering. Two stars for simply having the suit dry cleaned in the timeframe in which I was given. Communicate with your customers. This is unacceptable.

Last time we go here. Lost valuable things, don’t do a good job. Sorry to have to leave a bad review because I am a small business owner but we are moving our business to Tide Cleaners because they are simply More reliable.

For my two (2) comforters and wash/fold items I paid a whopping $91.68. Ya' know I think it was a bit expensive for a person on a fixed income. But I must also admit that the comforters were washed and bagged nicely and the wash/fold items both looked and smelled AWESOME. Maybe a ransom ($), but the service was professional and well done. When I get my next monthly allowance, I may be back!

We’ve been using Pride Cleaners for a few years and have always been pleased with their Costumer Service and quality of their work. Plus, we love their coupons and texts when our clothes are ready!

So I appreciate the service at this location I went to pick up my stuff and I know I come across a little bit strong sometimes I don't realize it and I thought I may have offended the young lady but we work through it and everything's good so that alone tells me how good of a place it is to go to have a
