The service at this location is great - cheerful and helpful. I mentioned that I was going to donate my business suits once they were dry cleaned, and the clerk said she would use temporary ID tags on them which I could easily remove before donating the suits. I was pleased to see that the temporary ID tags were simply safety pinned and were easy to remove.
They ruined a linen jacket. When I picked it up the shoulder pads were all bunched up and the jacket is no longer wearable. I brought it back to see what the options are. There aren’t any. I paid 15 dollars for them to ruin my jacket. The manager is unreachable.
Amazing team and customer service! Had all services completed well within the promised time and provided great customer service. Will definitely be using their services in the future.
No problems. Clothes look good. Done in a timely manner. The employee was pleasant.
Well the product is always good but the people make the difference. Corrie is the reason i stay with pride. She’s on it and obviously cares about her work and her customers.
