From dropping off to picking up everything was perfect. My suit and shirts were done to perfection. So many other places leave your shirts with ironed in creases, not this place. I will be doing more business here.
Service is prompt and easy with the drive through. I also appreciate that they give me a reminder phone call with my laundry. Has been there more than a couple of weeks. It’s easy to get busy and forget.
Super efficient friendly covered drive through at the 135th and Nieman site is amazing!
Not very professional. Had a hard time locating my items, asked if I received a text message, then went back to computer 3 times and finally found them. Charged me over $80 for 3 pants to get the bottom of the seam to be sewed to get home and realized nothing was done. Pins were still on pants and nothing was completed yet charged.
