Customer service was great. They had a great variety of clothing. If you have a big event this is the place to go.
Picked up 5 sweaters yesterday. They had 2 very large hair wads on them. One sweater still had a spot on it that I got out myself with a towel and water. Wondering if they even cleaned it. Have taken dry cleaning there for years but will never be back.
Clean location and courteous. The only reason I didn’t not give a 5 star is that the only way to pickup my order was through the drive up. No note on door telling a first time customer to use drive up to retrieve order.
My first experience with Pride Cleaners, after using another cleaner the past 12 years, and I must say I was VERY impressed. The process, communication, and quality was outstanding. I am hooked.
Excellent and timely service. Appreciate they provide reminders when I forget to pick up items. Also has a drive through option which is great for rough weather days.
