Like the drive-thru cleaner since its hard for me to walk into the store currently. The manager called with my last order since I had a request to Press Only - he told me it was cheaper to Clean/Press so I changed my order. Store is closer to me than the other Pride store. I will be going back.
Customer service was great. They had a great variety of clothing. If you have a big event this is the place to go.
Picked up 5 sweaters yesterday. They had 2 very large hair wads on them. One sweater still had a spot on it that I got out myself with a towel and water. Wondering if they even cleaned it. Have taken dry cleaning there for years but will never be back.
My first experience with Pride Cleaners, after using another cleaner the past 12 years, and I must say I was VERY impressed. The process, communication, and quality was outstanding. I am hooked.
Drive through is so convenient & the turn around is so quick !! Greatly appreciated !
