Store smelled like weed, my clothes smelled like weed as well very noticeably when I got home. Sherry the so-called manager of the store laughed when I called and asked why my clothes smelled and let her know the store smelled. she said "I don't have time for this" and hung up on me. Currently working through their corporate now for a refund. This location is a joke.
Went to drop off items Saturday before last at 10:42am. No-one was there despite both the posted sign and website stating open 10am. I couldn’t pick up my husband’s clothing. Found a new dry cleaner, and not mad about it. Pride cleaners did a bad job on several items over the years: formal wear, damaged suits with excessive heat, put weird fold lines in shirts that didn’t exist, and put annoying stickers that left marks on my clothes anyways … just the push I needed to find a new location.
Pickup and delivery to and from my car was great. The shirt detailing quality is perfect. I am very impressed with the service.
Very friendly and knowledgeable at drop off at 8 AM the following day got a text message that it was ready to be picked up at 2 PM. Met with the same nice person at the front counter. Picked up my laundry and return to the hotel. This is the second time I’ve used the service and expecting to use it frequently when I’m in town, definitely!
