I dropped off a brand new suit that had a wrinkle in the sleeve. Picked it up today and it still has the same wrinkle in the sleeve. Doesn't look like it was even touched. They apparently just put a dry cleaner bag on it and gave it back to me. The automated kiosk is a nightmare in and of itself. There is no face-to-face human contact at this place. Just you, a kiosk and a drop slot. And some robotic thing that delivers your items to you through a window. I am going to look for a dry cleaner that has real human being... read more

My clothes smells terrible after picking these up. Not sure if it's body odor from the person who's doing it. Smells burnt with curry. Idk how to describe it. They also laundered by pants and shrunk them when I asked for dry cleaning.

I cant speak for all locations, but STAY AWAY from the college blvd location. Terri, who claims to be a manager, has no sense of customer service. My laundry was lost and he was absolutely useless in the process. I asked him to please mark my bag to avoid any mishaps as that was my first experience with him. He failed to ask what items were in my laundry to do his due diligence and find my missing clothes while also losing someone else's that I received incorrectly and also charged incorrectly with ZERO attempt to rectify th... read more

saw a dog chained up in freezing temp stopped to check on this beautiful pup. and a formidable man from pride cleaners, comes out te lling me screaming at me to go f myself. the problem is he had no idea who or what i am. cop, humane society,,,,he just was threatening,crazy and i calked the police. didn't stick around to see what happened. he kept yelling go f yourself.

When I dropped off my dry cleaning, my monthly subscription had expired. So I asked the person who checked me in whether If I renew it, I could get the 20% discount. She told me yes and I could just do it online or on the app. When I went to pick it up today, I had to pay the full price and I lost the money I paid in subscription because they told me I should've renewed it before dropping off the clothes. Have gone to this cleaner for 20 years. I'm a frequent customer. Used a 25 % off coupon on a nearly $100 order and was given off only a tiny fraction of that. When I asked for a copy of the receipt so I could talk to the manager to show the math, I was told I could not have a receipt. I feel $20 was denied because the clerk could not do the math. I don't have my receipt of order to be able to prove I was stiffed by almost $20 because someone didn't know how to calculate 25% off. If you get Services, you should be able to... read more
