I have been using this location for years. I take my comforters here atleast twice a year. I recently picked up my 3 comforters from them. One if them had marks all over it. I brought it back and told them that the comforter had nothing on it when I brought it to them. It looked like oil or rust stains. Something that might of came from their washer or dryer. They argued with me and said the stains were on there. No they were not. If I had a stain on there i would of told them so they would get it out. She sent it back out a... read more
The customer service is impeccable. The lady that helped me when I dropped off my clothes was helpful and understanding when I explained to her how I preferred my jeans to be creased. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions when I picked up my clothes.
Both on drop off and pick up, the same employee was there. I entered the shop on both occasions with no other customers there and greeted the employee with a cheerful hello, how are you today greeting. She didn’t respond at all and didn’t even say may I help you or anything. Just nothing. So on both occasions I told her why I was there and she went about her business in silence. Good service and friendly but 35.00 for two dresses! I guess I will be doing these from now on.
Excellent service. I am a new customer to Pride cleaners. I had no idea what I was missing by not using Pride cleaners. Their fast turnaround is impressive. The ease of drop and pick up has solidified my decision to be a loyal customer.
