I took a comforter in and asked if they could wash it instead of dry clean it. I have a dog so I wanted to make sure they were able to get any dirt or smell out. She looked at the label and told me that they would be able to wash it for me. I just feel like she went over and above to make sure that I was happy.

I’d give zero stars if I could. They lost a very expensive shirt I dropped off. There were clothes all over the counter when I dropped my items off. So my ticket was done wrong for inventory. I tired asking and the lady huffed and said “must of been the young kid”. So now I’m without a shirt but paid the price of it to be cleaned. Make that make sense

Pride cleaners is my go-to. They are on time and reasonable as well as fair and honest. But lately there is a terrible smell in the building…I don’t know what’s going on with the plumbing, but if our clothes start to smell like this place it’s going to be a problem.
