Great and timely service. The lady at the front counter was very helpful in providing details regarding the various cleaning options and memberships. I had my laundry dropped off and also became a member. It was available at the promised time the next day!
Horrible customer service!! I had a pair of jeans hemmed. It took over a month. I since moved to the south part of town and called to ask if they could please send it to the Main St location. I got called back and left a message to please call back in the morning and let her know which store to send it to. I called 4 times left 3 messages to please send it to the Main St location. I brought two new suits and shirts to be heavy starched for travel. I told the girl when I gave her my clothes heavy starch, age didn't acknowledge it. I told her again. I told her a third time and she said ok she'll put it down. I picked up my order and shocked, it wasn't heavy starched. The guy there said it didn't have a heavy starch tag. I'm beyond annoyed and want a complete refund

My order was finished before promised! My dresses were a little wrinkled as they were long; however, I probably left them in my car too long!
