Normally less than a 24 hr turnaround for my shirts, cleaned. Cleaned, pressed and hung for only a couple bucks each. They could be a little more friendly but they get the job done and done well.
I called and asked how long it would take to clean my two suits. They told me if I brought my suits in before noon I would have them back after 5 pm the next day. So I brought my two suits in around 10:30am on a Tuesday and the woman at the front said I could come back after 5pm on Wednesday to pick them up. This was great because I was leaving early Thursday morning to fly out west for my Mother’s funeral. Always friendly and clothes are clean. I have had cleaners in the past damage garments but I’ve been with Pride for more than a year now and no issues.
(very efficient good quality work this was over year ago before recent events have caused a change of heart ) as one can see i have been a loyal customer for quite sometime. i unfortunately have to change my assessment. i had a shirt laundered as usual but since i am blessed to have a variety of colors and shirts at my disposal i may not wear a shirt months. i found my shirt in december and notified local, regional, and corporate of the ruining of my shirt.
