Horrible customer service!! I had a pair of jeans hemmed. It took over a month. I since moved to the south part of town and called to ask if they could please send it to the Main St location. I got called back and left a message to please call back in the morning and let her know which store to send it to. I called 4 times left 3 messages to please send it to the Main St location. Great and timely service. The lady at the front counter was very helpful in providing details regarding the various cleaning options and memberships. I had my laundry dropped off and also became a member. It was available at the promised time the next day!
1st time using Pride Cleaners and I am so impressed. Customers service was great, and the shop was clean and organized. I dropped off 6 articles of clothing at the end of the day and it was ready for pick up by 2:30 the very next day. They sent a welcome text and a notification text letting me know that my dry cleaning was available for pick up. Very professional staff and quick service!
AWFUL customer service! I would give zero stars if it were an option! I have no idea how they get any decent reviews. The work is mediocre at best and they charge entirely too much for the poor work. DO NOT use this place! It would also be something to consider if they cleaned the walk-in area. It is disgusting!
I brought two new suits and shirts to be heavy starched for travel. I told the girl when I gave her my clothes heavy starch, age didn't acknowledge it. I told her again. I told her a third time and she said ok she'll put it down. I picked up my order and shocked, it wasn't heavy starched. The guy there said it didn't have a heavy starch tag. I'm beyond annoyed and want a complete refund
