I took a comforter in and asked if they could wash it instead of dry clean it. I have a dog so I wanted to make sure they were able to get any dirt or smell out. She looked at the label and told me that they would be able to wash it for me. I just feel like she went over and above to make sure that I was happy.

I’d give zero stars if I could. They lost a very expensive shirt I dropped off. There were clothes all over the counter when I dropped my items off. So my ticket was done wrong for inventory. I tired asking and the lady huffed and said “must of been the young kid”. So now I’m without a shirt but paid the price of it to be cleaned. Make that make sense

(very efficient good quality work this was over year ago before recent events have caused a change of heart ) as one can see i have been a loyal customer for quite sometime. i unfortunately have to change my assessment. i had a shirt laundered as usual but since i am blessed to have a variety of colors and shirts at my disposal i may not wear a shirt months. i found my shirt in december and notified local, regional, and corporate of the ruining of my shirt. I have been using this location for years. I take my comforters here atleast twice a year. I recently picked up my 3 comforters from them. One if them had marks all over it. I brought it back and told them that the comforter had nothing on it when I brought it to them. It looked like oil or rust stains. Something that might of came from their washer or dryer. I use this location weekly. They have consistently provided me great customer service. On more than one occasion I thought I ruined a shirt and they were able to make it look like new. Thanks for a GREAT JOB!
