Used to love this location. There was a sweet older woman who excelled in customer service. Now there's a new lady that acts like she's doing you a favor by you patronizing their business. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
Customer service at the location has gone from excellent to unacceptable. The manager is rude, unhelpful, and usually sitting in the back and seems to enjoy making you wait. I will be taking my business elsewhere. A very expensive shirt was ruined by being washed rather than dry cleaned and it has taken me 4 visits there to get what still believe is unacceptable closure. Too many options for dry cleaning for the faces in the front to be so unwelcoming and rude.
Who ever is up front should not be in customer service, I call before to get a price check on some jackets. I said I have 3 big jackets 2 are XL and 1 is a Small. I said they are goose down jackets. I asked if they can add something to make them smell good and they said they can’t add anything to them I said no problem. I was quoted $18 for each big one and $14 for the small. I come in today for pick up and they say $80 something I was like how? It was a big deal dealing with all this.
I wear blazers for work every day, and I take all of them here for cleaning. I always get them back without issue. They follow instructions such as not to press the corduroy jackets. They recently added mobile pay which I prefer.
Tucked behind a Dunkin' Donuts is the best dry cleaner in Shawnee! Been taking my clothes to this cleaner for over a decade and they always go above and beyond. Stains I spent days trying to remove are easy peasy for this cleaner and are removed flawlessly. Brought a blouse and pants here with stains I could not remove. The blouse looks brand new!
