I needed a Christmas gift (coat) cleaned, the lady working there was pleasant. I dropped off Monday and with the holiday coming up it was going to be done Thursday. No problem as I didn’t need it until Friday. When I went back to pick up item I noticed the belt was missing. And how it was attached to the coat it couldn’t easily fall, you’d have to manually remove through all the hoops. I was so surprised and extremely disappointed. We love this place!!! The lady that works there is very friendly and very helpful!!! This is the place where we take all our clothes!! And it’s always a good service and our clothes like new!!!
