Great customer service. I went to the location on Johnson Drive, as it is close to my job. Marie, the associate who assisted me was amazing. Very professional, pleasant, personable, and kind. The location was very clean and smelled so good. My regular cleaners is going through some changes, and this Pride location is my back up. Very pleased, and I will continue to use the Pride Cleaners on Johnson Drive in Roeland Park, KS. ABH-Raytown, MO

Customers Beware! Pride Cleaners ruined a very nice dress shirt by over treating it, even though no treatment was requested. One of their cleaners was very overzealous in treating the shirt and caused damage that is not fixable. My issue is that the shirt was damaged when there was no reason to treat it. The reason for the one star review is the nonsense excuses by the manager when I brought this to their attention.
