I've used this location for years and have always had good professional service. They've been forthcoming about challenging stains and successfully removed many of them. I find the Pride location to be very reliable.

Customers Beware! Pride Cleaners ruined a very nice dress shirt by over treating it, even though no treatment was requested. One of their cleaners was very overzealous in treating the shirt and caused damage that is not fixable. My issue is that the shirt was damaged when there was no reason to treat it. The reason for the one star review is the nonsense excuses by the manager when I brought this to their attention. My first experience with Pride Cleaners at 5438 Johnson Drive wasn't very pleasant. I dropped my clothing off on Saturday and picked them up a few days later and to my surprise was bamboozled by the total amount due. I originally asked for an estimate of my dry-cleaning bill and was informed by the cashier that I would have to wait 24 hours to call for the total cost. A basic polyester/spandex jumpsuit cost me $20.79 to dry clean including 2 pants and 1 top for the astronomical amount of $46.59, that's incredibly ridicul... read more
