Great customer service. I went to the location on Johnson Drive, as it is close to my job. Marie, the associate who assisted me was amazing. Very professional, pleasant, personable, and kind. The location was very clean and smelled so good. My regular cleaners is going through some changes, and this Pride location is my back up. I took our winter bedspread to Pride Cleaners in Roeland Park. The woman that accepted my bedspread was very polite and helpful. She explained the cost and the return date perfectly. Then, I received a text telling me my bedspread with ready for pick-up. Earlier than previously promised! When I drove by to pick it up, the same lady assisted me and again, was so nice and informative. This was a great experience.
Bonnie is the best. Recently had health issues so couldn’t pick up dry cleaning. She knows me and kept it safe until I could come in.

Customers Beware! Pride Cleaners ruined a very nice dress shirt by over treating it, even though no treatment was requested. One of their cleaners was very overzealous in treating the shirt and caused damage that is not fixable. My issue is that the shirt was damaged when there was no reason to treat it. The reason for the one star review is the nonsense excuses by the manager when I brought this to their attention.
