You probably don't want me to leave a review. When I dropped off my shirts Monday afternoon the lady was extremely rude and sarcastic. Then when I picked up yesterday the same lady was still rude, lazy and sarcastic again. I told her that at least she is the same peach she was when I dropped off my shirts. She said something that sounded like curse words. I wasn't sure what she said so I asked her again, she said something else but at this point I just rolled my window up and drove off.
This has been your best employee since 2020 I actually left you guys for a minute because of one of your employees. I have come back with my clothes and you have this lady working with you? I will be bringing my laundry there. Give her a raise. She's excellent great personality. Great work You drive up, she's right there.You don't have to wait ten minutes , great employee
Customers Beware! Pride Cleaners ruined a very nice dress shirt by over treating it, even though no treatment was requested. One of their cleaners was very overzealous in treating the shirt and caused damage that is not fixable. My issue is that the shirt was damaged when there was no reason to treat it. The reason for the one star review is the nonsense excuses by the manager when I brought this to their attention. Wonderful, friendly lady who took care of my cleaning at drop off and pick up. She was very efficient, kind and thorough. ❤️
By far the best dry cleaners in the we've ever used. Great service and turn around time.
