Items were missing and not available for puck as promised. I was waiting for a gentlemen, that was missing his daughter's bkack dress. He had been there 2 times and it was missing. I thought for my turn next, I would experience the same delima, but unfortunately My items were also missing and delayed. Counter representatives was very professional and called her team leads, but they were supportive and I understand, but she was very professional.
