I was greeted when I arrived at Pride Cleaners. The employee was friendly and professional. I thought my clothes would be ready the same day but didn’t realize I missed the time frame for that. He asked what time the event was the next day. Lo and behold, I received a text letting me know my clothes were ready in time for the event. My clothes looked brand new. I was very pleased with the service I received!

Haven’t used pride in a couple years because I was very unimpressed in the past. Figured I’d try em out again and they’ve only gotten worse. Specifically asked for cowboy starch and explained that I want my clothes crispy. They came back softer than what they were when I dropped them off. 11/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’ll be going back to Ross Millers.

Horrible Service! Should have went to Ross Millers in the city. It looked better than this when I dropped it off. The collar is not pressed at all! Just put a hanger and bag on and took my money for nothing!

My suit coat had a broken button, and my shirt was ripped on the lower sleeve. This is third time on a rip shirt sleeve. I was reimbursed on one and the other one I let it pass. I have not been contacted by Pride Cleaners.

Unfortunately, I will have to find a new dry cleaners. The prices have now ventured into unreasonably high now. 2 pants and polyester jacket, $30? Now to mention the creases were off, leaving me to fix myself. I had noticed slight increases over the last year but now it's just too much. I understand passing off some cost but I'll be finding a new one.
