I haven't used Pride Cleaners in years. Nice people. Only thing is I like some of my clothes folded over the hangers so the neck won't stretch out. I've had to send some of my clothes back to get it corrected. This is the only issue I've had with them.

Great job great customer service. Took a sweatshirt to get a stain out. The gentleman explain what they would try to do to get it out. Unfortunately they weren’t able to get it out. I will back with other dry cleaning.

I was greeted when I arrived at Pride Cleaners. The employee was friendly and professional. I thought my clothes would be ready the same day but didn’t realize I missed the time frame for that. He asked what time the event was the next day. Lo and behold, I received a text letting me know my clothes were ready in time for the event. My clothes looked brand new. I was very pleased with the service I received!

My suit coat had a broken button, and my shirt was ripped on the lower sleeve. This is third time on a rip shirt sleeve. I was reimbursed on one and the other one I let it pass. I have not been contacted by Pride Cleaners. I should have learned from my prior experience, but I gave Pride another chance. I took three suits in for cleaning, two black and one gray. My latest photo is from my gray suit pants. It just blows my mind that there could be such incompetence.

Unfortunately, I will have to find a new dry cleaners. The prices have now ventured into unreasonably high now. 2 pants and polyester jacket, $30? Now to mention the creases were off, leaving me to fix myself. I had noticed slight increases over the last year but now it's just too much. I understand passing off some cost but I'll be finding a new one.
