I was greeted when I arrived at Pride Cleaners. The employee was friendly and professional. I thought my clothes would be ready the same day but didn’t realize I missed the time frame for that. He asked what time the event was the next day. Lo and behold, I received a text letting me know my clothes were ready in time for the event. My clothes looked brand new. I was very pleased with the service I received!

Haven’t used pride in a couple years because I was very unimpressed in the past. Figured I’d try em out again and they’ve only gotten worse. Specifically asked for cowboy starch and explained that I want my clothes crispy. They came back softer than what they were when I dropped them off. 11/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’ll be going back to Ross Millers.

My one and only experience at this establishment was beyond terrible. I brought in 2 pair of $1000 Jean and they ruined them and a $100 shirt. It was like they wasn’t even paying attention to the job they were doing. I can’t give 0 stars so I will give 1 star. And I will not recommend.

The man working the desk wasn’t very accommodating. Before I got the plastic off my dress, he said your dress has pleats. Pride cleaners doesn’t do well cleaning pleats. You’ll have to sign a waiver in case of damage. 🙄 what kind of dry cleaners can’t dry clean? Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately, I will have to find a new dry cleaners. The prices have now ventured into unreasonably high now. 2 pants and polyester jacket, $30? Now to mention the creases were off, leaving me to fix myself. I had noticed slight increases over the last year but now it's just too much. I understand passing off some cost but I'll be finding a new one.
