Horrible Service! Should have went to Ross Millers in the city. It looked better than this when I dropped it off. The collar is not pressed at all! Just put a hanger and bag on and took my money for nothing!
Unfortunately, I will have to find a new dry cleaners. The prices have now ventured into unreasonably high now. 2 pants and polyester jacket, $30? Now to mention the creases were off, leaving me to fix myself. I had noticed slight increases over the last year but now it's just too much. I understand passing off some cost but I'll be finding a new one.
Upon reviewing my items it was apparent immediately that they were not clean, my sweaters had more nap than originally. There was a "white" and blue sweater that is now "off white" with a distinct tint of red , which I can assume is from using too much cleaning chemicals...there were food stains remaining on items as if they had never been touched. What services are we paying for, then I was in formed that I had to pay BEFORE my clothing would be redone OR they would donate them!!! So much for PRIDE.
I used to ignore the dry clean only tags on my clothes but coming here makes me want to bring more things to the dry cleaners! They are always friendly, give helpful information and the turnaround is fast! Also, they always have some sort of monthly deal that works in my favor for certain items. I’m thankful!
Pride is usually efficient … wish they were more transparent with pricing and savings … I usually receive coupons but never any evidence of saving … why not show the customers the savings they receive?
