Unfortunately, I will have to find a new dry cleaners. The prices have now ventured into unreasonably high now. 2 pants and polyester jacket, $30? Now to mention the creases were off, leaving me to fix myself. I had noticed slight increases over the last year but now it's just too much. I understand passing off some cost but I'll be finding a new one.
Horrible Service! Should have went to Ross Millers in the city. It looked better than this when I dropped it off. The collar is not pressed at all! Just put a hanger and bag on and took my money for nothing!
My suit coat had a broken button, and my shirt was ripped on the lower sleeve. This is third time on a rip shirt sleeve. I was reimbursed on one and the other one I let it pass. I have not been contacted by Pride Cleaners.
I took a pair of jeans to be starched, and they pressed them flat with no creases, so I asked them to repress them with creases. I didn't know I needed to specify creases and they didn't ask my preference. I was asked to pay for them then, which I did. When I arrived to pick them up the 2nd time they tried to charge me again. I advised them I'd already paid for them. They then said they couldn't release the pants until the manger could research it, and I'd have to come back a 3rd time to get them. I used to ignore the dry clean only tags on my clothes but coming here makes me want to bring more things to the dry cleaners! They are always friendly, give helpful information and the turnaround is fast! Also, they always have some sort of monthly deal that works in my favor for certain items. I’m thankful!
