Always prompt and staff is very friendly. Get all of my comforters dry cleaned there. I also love that they give me. Courtesy call when I forget to go pick up….Staff is top notch in customer service…
EDIT: Pride Cleaners reached out to me and went out of their way to make sure this was corrected. Thank you for that! I had a pair of nice dress slacks and shirt dry cleaned while I was in town for a wedding. The pants come back and when I put them on for the first time, the leg was pretty badly damaged. I had to go home before the dry cleaner opened again (noticed the damage late on a Saturday). Called them on Monday and they refused to do anything without being able to see them in person even though I had time stamped... read more
They did such a fantastic job on my husband's blues. It got ruined, and I came in there crying, asking if they could help me fix his blues, and they did. They did a fantastic job, and I mean, this was filthy, like they got so messed up in the move cross country. I trust any article of clothing with them. I gave them one of our most essential pieces of clothing: my husband's military dress blues. They took care of it and treated it with care. #USA
The two ladies helping me at the Raymore location were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. I can't ask for anyone at any retail location to do any better than Piper and Audrey. Great representatives for Pride Cleaners. I'll be back.
I took my bed spread to Pride Cleaners in Raymore They did a excellent job and I got it back a day earlier than they said it would be ready. Reasonable price. Very happy with them
