We have had several lg items; comforters and a king size quilt, that we have brought here to be cleaned in the last 10 years. We have never been disappointed. The customer service has been great, friendly, and professional. Our items have looked as good as new when we get them back, and the prices ate always reasonable. I don't give 5 stars generously, however, Pride Cleaners Raymore has earned them from us!! Thank you!!

My review is for the exceptional way they handled a problem. I returned a jacket to them that had grossly shrank after they cleaned it. The woman at the counter was apologetic, took all my information, and made note of what it had cost me to buy the coat, have it altered before cleaning, and the cost of dry cleaning. She said the information would be forwarded on. The jacket was returned to them on November 10th, and today, November 24th, I received a check in the mail for reimbursement. We have have brought many differeing items to Pride for cleaning in the eight years we've lived in Raymore and have NEVER had a bad experience or brought anything back. I absoluetely love getting savings notifications via email and take advantage of many and their turnaround time is incredible.

Very pleasant I have been using them for a few years now without mishap. Currently I just walk in to get my cleaning and the lady already is pulling it off the rack. Love the after hours drop off as well... Thank You for being so nice to work with!!!!
