Attendant at the Prairie Village store was so unfriendly that my wife picked up a shirt I had left but then chose to leave rather than drop off a comforter she had taken to be cleaned. We will be using a different cleaner in the future.
The inconsistency in hours at the Prairie Village location is becoming a problem. I was there during operating hour last Saturday, hours 10am to 3pm, I was there at 1pm the place was all locked up. I can’t tell you how many times that has happened to me or you get there 5 minutes to close and it’s locked up and they stare at you and ignore you.
I took a dry clean only knit Ralph Lauren pillow cover here. It’s the same material and make of a regular knit sweater. While they did call to say if they cleaned it they would not be responsible for the damage, I was not expecting this level of damage. It was returned double its size, has holes, a broken zipper, ripped out tag, and looks dirtier than when I dropped it off. I’m very disappointed.
Great service! Easy enter and exit. Under roof in case of rain. My cashmere sweaters were absolutely perfect! Price was reasonable and convenient. On 95th street west of Nall. I won’t use anyone else!
I’ve been using the PV Pride location since 1995. Never had an issue with anything. My daughter worked for Pride in high school. She told me how it’s best if I undo the buttons on my shirts myself..😀
