Clothes still had several stains unfortunately when they were returned to me. I’ve never had dry cleaners send me stuff back with stains still on my clothing. Will be going elsewhere for future cleanings.
They always do a good job. I like that they keep track of orders via phone numbers. A different dry cleaner asks for your name & after a week, I'm not sure if I gave my name or my spouses.
Attendant at the Prairie Village store was so unfriendly that my wife picked up a shirt I had left but then chose to leave rather than drop off a comforter she had taken to be cleaned. We will be using a different cleaner in the future.
The guy working the morning shift on 8/6/24 might be the most clueless individual to customer service. It was as if he wanted nobody to ever come back. I live a mile away, and this was my first visit... and last. Its wild to think people like this guy exists in a role where he needs to interact with humans. He very well might not even know how terrible he is.
Some of the worst customer service and poorest dry cleaning ever. I go to pick up my clothes and discover a sweater completely wrinkled, and worse yet, all the wrinkles have been pressed/finished into the sweater. A sweater that was soft and smooth and drapes beautifully now feels and looks like it was removed from my dry cleaning bag, immediately sprayed with starch, and then pressed into its now stiff, krinkled, crispy state.
