Organized and professional. First time customer and drop off was a breeze since I had already signed up with the app. I received a message that the laundry service was completed early. I responded that I’ll be there in 10 minutes. My order was on the counter ready to go. Responsible pricing!

I had 4 pieces dry cleaned, a chiffon blouse, a skirt, a vest, and a long dress. I dropped off my items on Friday and they were ready the next day.

The dry cleaners I use to do business with has closed along with others in the Waldo area. Pride's in Prairie Village is close, professional and short turn around from drop off to pick up. Courteous and helpful staff. Good experience. Dr

Some of the worst customer service and poorest dry cleaning ever. I go to pick up my clothes and discover a sweater completely wrinkled, and worse yet, all the wrinkles have been pressed/finished into the sweater. A sweater that was soft and smooth and drapes beautifully now feels and looks like it was removed from my dry cleaning bag, immediately sprayed with starch, and then pressed into its now stiff, krinkled, crispy state. I enjoyed my experience at Pride Cleaners. My weighted blanket was returned to me on time and it was very nicely done. Also the people there were very nice and friendly.
