Today, Melisa of Pride Cleaners helped me out immensely. I inadvertently put the wrong item in the bag for dry cleaning ( my banking of all things!), instead of the shirt, and she graciously came from Brookside to Prairie Village to save me! Kudos and 5 stars to Melissa & Pride Cleaners of Prairie Village. PS…I really like the new system a lot!
I love the 24/7 pick up and drop off at the new location in PV shops. My only complaint is that I thought if I dropped off at any time during the weekend It would be nice to be ready by 5pm that Monday. The fact that it is not ready on Monday seems like a missed opportunity. What happen to being in before 9am/10am and ready by 5pm or later that day? Seems like a missed opportunity with this new system. Can you please look into bringing back that option?
Organized and professional. First time customer and drop off was a breeze since I had already signed up with the app. I received a message that the laundry service was completed early. I responded that I’ll be there in 10 minutes. My order was on the counter ready to go. Responsible pricing!
I love the new automated process in Prairie Village! It’s so easy and convenient that I’m more likely to take items in.
I had 4 pieces dry cleaned, a chiffon blouse, a skirt, a vest, and a long dress. I dropped off my items on Friday and they were ready the next day.
