Chloe, the service professional, greeted me with a smile and projected the impression she was happy to help me. I would be happy to start using Pride as my sole dry cleaner with people like Chloe helping me. Should would make a solid corporate trainer since customer service is her top priority.
Picked up my clothes just now at the Platte City location and she was great. Always personable and making me laugh and smile. Breath of fresh air. Not like it’s a today thing only. She’s always so friendly.
Pride Cleaners have always been great. Very convenient to drive up, drop off clothes and able to pick them up later in the week. Everything is automated through texts which is very helpful.
