Appreciate the drive up service and staff always offer to place dry cleaning in back seat area of vehicle. Price is a bit higher than I’d like and I offset that with great customer service, one day turn around and the quality of the dry cleaning. I’d take more items more frequently if the prices were not so high.
Chloe, the service professional, greeted me with a smile and projected the impression she was happy to help me. I would be happy to start using Pride as my sole dry cleaner with people like Chloe helping me. Should would make a solid corporate trainer since customer service is her top priority.
The Pride Cleaners in Platte City is fantastic! It’s hard to find a place that cleans Navy dress uniforms correctly in such an Army saturated area. But I told them what to do, and they did it flawlessly! With a 1 day turn around and half the cost of the cleaners on Post! Highly recommend!!!
Chloe was very pleasant both when I dropped off my suit and when I picked it up. The prices are also good.
We have been using this cleaners awhile and recently saw an improvement. But mostly the gal who has worked there sometime is so nice and friendly and helpful, might be reason we keep coming back.
