The woman waiting on me was very gracious and received the bed skirt that we wanted pressed promptly and let me know that it would be ready the next day. When I went to get the bed skirt, the same woman waited on me again. Very quickly she went to get the bed skirt, and received the payment for the work done. I was very impressed with the process from the beginning to the end.
I’ve always had great service at Pride Cleaners at Picture Hills. My items are always cleaned well, ready in a timely manner, and the staff are always nice and welcoming. The text communication provides helpful updates and reminders as well.
The prices are reasonable but customer service can be much improved. They don't even greet you or ask if you need anything else. While I appreciate the quick turnaround for dry cleaning, they don't make you feel welcomed or like they want your business.
Pride Cleaners has always been reliable and professional. My dry-cleaning including bedspreads, special instructions on clothing have been perfect. Thank you!
Our Pride Manager is awesome! She is SO nice, and sure knows everything about the business!! Super nice, efficient, friendly and wonderful to see on every visit!!
