It was probably my own fault for taking a leather vest to a dry cleaning shop to have patches sewn on. But I took pictures of exactly where I wanted them and sent the pictures with the vest. So they flip flopped 2 patches and the patch I wanted on the front of my vest they sewed my pocket shut, now I can’t use one of my pockets. If I would have known that I would have had them sewed it in a different spot. No one told me I would lose a pocket. I paid 259 dollars to have these put on. I have taken my clothes to Pride cleaners for the past 4 years after switching from another one. They always do a good job and any little issue like putting pleats when I requested none has been corrected without charge. The staff has always been pleasant. I'm very pleased with their services Picked up another order yesterday. Same good cleaning and customer service.
I worked at this location with two other ladies briefly for a few months. This was some year between 2016-2018. I was young and although most of the tasks seemed relatively simple, I really struggled with how to address certain articles of clothing. Maybe I was just slow to learn, I don't know. Super friendly staff, and fast affordable service!!! I spoke too soon. The zipper is broken on my expensive RL puffer coat.
I always have an amazing experience when I bring anything here. I needed a zipper clasp fixed quickly as well as a cleaning and they were able to get it done and perfect in just two days. I was so impressed.
