Just because I sign a release for you to clean my fancy clothes doesn’t mean that you don’t have to handle my clothing with care. You didn’t cover up the jewel on my jacket zipper which accented my suit and now the spot where the jewel was in bare. That was an expensive suit. I know not to bring my good clothes there ever again!
The pick up was great the young man was really nice. The drop of different experience young lady was not friendly at all maybe she was having a bad day. Overall quick turn around for my service I had done.
Worst service ever. It's been at least Four weeks in row they got my order wrong. I asked many times I want my work shirts sleeves creased. They not only did not do it. Every time I pick up they just laugh. It is a mother and son at the picture hills cleaners in parkville, mo. I found another place I'm trying. I will encourage everyone I know to NOT patronize Pride Cleaners. .
First time dry cleaning ever so I really had no idea what the experience would be. I was in a bit of a time crunch and worried they wouldn't be done when I needed them. Even with a tornado they got it done and I had my engagement photo dresses on time. I'd go to them for any dry cleaning needs in future for sure.
It was probably my own fault for taking a leather vest to a dry cleaning shop to have patches sewn on. But I took pictures of exactly where I wanted them and sent the pictures with the vest. So they flip flopped 2 patches and the patch I wanted on the front of my vest they sewed my pocket shut, now I can’t use one of my pockets. If I would have known that I would have had them sewed it in a different spot. No one told me I would lose a pocket. I paid 259 dollars to have these put on.
