It was probably my own fault for taking a leather vest to a dry cleaning shop to have patches sewn on. But I took pictures of exactly where I wanted them and sent the pictures with the vest. So they flip flopped 2 patches and the patch I wanted on the front of my vest they sewed my pocket shut, now I can’t use one of my pockets. If I would have known that I would have had them sewed it in a different spot. No one told me I would lose a pocket. I paid 259 dollars to have these put on. I always have an amazing experience when I bring anything here. I needed a zipper clasp fixed quickly as well as a cleaning and they were able to get it done and perfect in just two days. I was so impressed.
Brought 7 shirts and pair of dress pants on Thursday evening and they were all ready Friday evening. Done right, quick turnaround and awesome customer service. Doesn’t get any better than that! Very pleased
Super friendly staff, and fast affordable service!!! I spoke too soon. The zipper is broken on my expensive RL puffer coat.
They lost 3 of my husband's shirts. We can't get anyone to call us back or let us know how to file a claim. We have visited the store 3 times and left multiple messages for the district manager. Each time they say they will call us back, but it's crickets.
