I’ve always had great service at Pride Cleaners at Picture Hills. My items are always cleaned well, ready in a timely manner, and the staff are always nice and welcoming. The text communication provides helpful updates and reminders as well.

The prices are reasonable but customer service can be much improved. They don't even greet you or ask if you need anything else. While I appreciate the quick turnaround for dry cleaning, they don't make you feel welcomed or like they want your business.

Our Pride Manager is awesome! She is SO nice, and sure knows everything about the business!! Super nice, efficient, friendly and wonderful to see on every visit!!

It was probably my own fault for taking a leather vest to a dry cleaning shop to have patches sewn on. But I took pictures of exactly where I wanted them and sent the pictures with the vest. So they flip flopped 2 patches and the patch I wanted on the front of my vest they sewed my pocket shut, now I can’t use one of my pockets. If I would have known that I would have had them sewed it in a different spot. No one told me I would lose a pocket. I paid 259 dollars to have these put on.
