I had never been to this location, and in fact, have not used a dry cleaner in a couple of years. Ease of use was outstanding. Very friendly staff at drop off and pick up and it was ready on the promised date and I received a text notification which was helpful. My garment was well- cleaned. The only reason I gave three stars instead of four or five was simply sticker shock. I paid $17.00 for a small coat and thought this was pricey. I will use them again but only when I really need a professional for an item.
What a great experience at the pride cleaners behind Price chopper in Parkville, Missouri. Everyone that worked there was so kind, and helpful and funny, which is nice. Thanks for doing a great job.
They are kind, quick, and affordable. They know how to take care of their customers! Had a large king down alternative comforter from pottery barn washed by them after bungling the job trying to do it myself. Really a great job by pride cleaners. This is why they have been around forever with a great reputation!
Great job on cleaning our King size comforter. Great customer service from the lady at the desk with check in and pick up. We will definitely be back to this cleaner in the future.
Thrilled to find they also offer some alteration services! Dropped off a suit to have pressed and also had suit pants hemmed -in a day! Great prices.
