Reliable, good quality, and nice people.. I’m super happy to use these services! Just recommend giving the customers the opportunity to opt out of the plastic bags and twist ties… they’re super annoying and bad for the environment. Maybe just a lite paper cover..🤷🏻♂️
Clothes came back stained with black grease on multiple occasions on the collar area of shirts. When brought up concerns were brushed aside and a “redo” was offered. Stains don’t come out so the resolution is unacceptable. Employee proceeded to argue with me that I had taken the items to another location based on barcodes on the items. 100% not true as I had been exclusively coming to this location for 2+ years. Terrible customer service.
We recently had a couch cover cleaned. Pride cleaners said they would look at it and give me a call before giving me a price. They never called to tell me how much it would be. So I called. They said it was ready for pick up. Naturally I was a little nervous because they never told me a price. When I got there they said it would be over $200.00. And that was after they gave me the, “15% discount” Most of the spots didn’t come out. It was a poor experience.
The customer service was excellent. Lina was very friendly and informed me of a sale currently going on. Love her kindness.
Took clothes, towels, and sheets in for laundry. Surprised at difference in price for towels and sheets. Had to stand at counter and separate out “household items “ from clothes! Asked how much this would cost. Couldn’t give me cost as no way to weigh at store and price is determined by pound!!!! Too costly! Will Not use for laundry again.
