I'd just bought a new pair of draw string workout shorts, washed them once & the draw string got caught on another piece of laundry and pulled inside the draw string hole. Brought it into Emily at the North Kansas City location, thinking the seam would have to be cut open to get it out. Somehow, Emily, with a magic tool she had, was able to snag it thru the hole and pull it back through!!! Fixed. Leaving this review because I wished I had a positive (and specific) review for reference when I was searching for a company to trust! In general, I have very little experience with dry cleaners. My KC Dry Cleaner and Laundry Service! Everything is stored via phone number. They let you know when your clothes will be ready, then text you when they are ready to be picked up. They always ask about spots and Treatments for Dry Cleaning. I love that thier pricing is clear and straight forward. If you're a frequent customer, they offer 3 monthly subscriptions, which is a great value! I'm not a monthly subscriber yet...
