The staff at the North Kansas City office is extremely friendly and had a quick turnaround on the clothes whuxh is why I gave the a 2. However the quality of the work was HORRIBLE. The blazers did not have a crisp finish. It looked like they were thrown in a washer and air dried.. it's absolutely the WORST quality dry cleaning I have ever seen. First time visiting this establishment to have something professionally cleaned. It came back WAY worse than it even was before! Visible solution stains EVERYWHERE! Did they even stop to check their own work before they texted me to come pick it up? Absolutely careless and unprofessional! I question a business that would allow an expensive item to leave their shop looking as such. Slow down and take your time! Melissa is the best cashier of any store anywhere. She sees me drive up and she has my order ready when I walk in the door. She is very competent, caring, compassionate and friendly. Simply the BEST!! David Wharton
I just needed to get a dress pressed and they did a great job! The job was done quickly. The woman running the counter was professional in her interactions with me.
Great and convenient they’ve handle my suits to real fur rugs I keep in the home excellently.
