The staff at the North Kansas City office is extremely friendly and had a quick turnaround on the clothes whuxh is why I gave the a 2. However the quality of the work was HORRIBLE. The blazers did not have a crisp finish. It looked like they were thrown in a washer and air dried.. it's absolutely the WORST quality dry cleaning I have ever seen. We have used this location for the last year and always have great service. Everything is always ready on time if not early, and their mobile app makes it convenient to say "on my way" and pay in advance so it's pulled up front and ready when I arrive so pickup only takes a few seconds. I have been using the Pride Cleaners location in North Kansas City for dry cleaning and dress shirt laundry for years. The service is great and orders are processed very fast. Not to mention if you ever have a problem, they are quick to resolve it for you.
The lady who answers the phone is always very nice! And my clothes look great!! Thank you!! They picked up my clothes on Monday and I had them back on Thursday!! So far but so very pleased with the results!!
I dropped my summer bedspread off yesterday and got it back today! One day service for no extra charge! I love Pride Cleaners because they do great work at a very affordable price. Whatever I drop off at Pride comes back looking crisp and clean! Thank you Pride Cleaners!
