This was my first time using this location , and I was very impressed! I dropped off a dress for dry cleaning and pressing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The employee who helped me was kind, friendly, and made me feel truly welcomed. The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was very fair. My dress came back looking flawless. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and a warm, professional atmosphere.
Dropped off on Tuesday, gave me a day & time for pick up and was ready when they said it would be.They even re-did some patches i had on a few shirts. Melissa was awesome!
The staff at the North Kansas City office is extremely friendly and had a quick turnaround on the clothes whuxh is why I gave the a 2. However the quality of the work was HORRIBLE. The blazers did not have a crisp finish. It looked like they were thrown in a washer and air dried.. it's absolutely the WORST quality dry cleaning I have ever seen. Love this location! The staff is so friendly & professional. They do an amazing job dry cleaning! They go an extra step & text us when our order is ready to be picked up!
