I dropped off some clothes on Wednesday, December 11. Immediately, when I approached the desk, the young lady was very robotic, was not friendly, and was not welcoming me to the business. The first thing she asked was, "Are you picking up or dropping off?" and I had a handful of shirts in my arms, along with a sports coat and other shirts on hangers. My dry cleaning order was submitted and in less thank 48 hours it was completed and I picked it up. The person helping me was very kind and the clothes were perfectly cleaned and pressed andlooked brand new. They are wonderful!
Dry cleaned long dress was still wrinkled! They offered to send it back out but I needed it right away. Said they would issue a check refund for $17 but never did. Called several times. Shoddy work. Poor customer service. Beware.
Cindy (seamstress) is great, turned around a waist adjustment on a pair of dress pants in a couple of hours. Huge weight off my shoulders. Dry cleaning has been great as well, friendly folks and great service!
