Before hangers was bought by Pride, they were great. Now, not so much. We took in clothes and a comforter set and when we went to pick it up the comforter was nowhere to be found and they said they were looking for it. We’ve called and texted them since to ask for the status and no one has replied. We are stopping by again in person today because we’ve waited for them to contact us back for weeks.
Wonderful local dry cleaners with a family atmosphere when you visit every time. Outstanding service and reasonable prices. Most friendly and professional employees. Highly recommend.
Lost my husband’s shirt, allegedly wrote down our details, never bothered to call us back or follow up despite my numerous calls. They never offered to reimburse or perform any other service to make up for their error. They also do not keep track of individual items- only the final count of what you turn in to them, so when an item is lost or the return number isn’t correct, good luck trying to remember and describe to them exactly which shirt or item is missing. I do not recommend using this business.
I researched high and low prior to dropping off my dress at Hangers. I asked for a quote prior to processing my gown so I understood the cost and what would be done to the dress, and they forgot to call and processed it before calling me. Then, I was informed last minute I had to pick up my dress as soon as possible because the location was closing via a very unprofessional series of text messages. I never received a call.
