I dropped off some clothes on Wednesday, December 11. Immediately, when I approached the desk, the young lady was very robotic, was not friendly, and was not welcoming me to the business. The first thing she asked was, "Are you picking up or dropping off?" and I had a handful of shirts in my arms, along with a sports coat and other shirts on hangers. My dry cleaning order was submitted and in less thank 48 hours it was completed and I picked it up. The person helping me was very kind and the clothes were perfectly cleaned and pressed andlooked brand new. They are wonderful!

I got to location just before six. Ladies were in front with lights on. Door was already locked. They saw me, ignored me even after I knocked several times then turned off the lights while I stood there. One disappeared into the back and the other one at desk finally motioned with hand swipe across that that they were closed. My point is, I got there before six and they had already locked the door.

Dry cleaned long dress was still wrinkled! They offered to send it back out but I needed it right away. Said they would issue a check refund for $17 but never did. Called several times. Shoddy work. Poor customer service. Beware.
