Great experience1 the young man who helped me was just very professional and kind.
I brought a dress in with some spots to address and was told it should not be a problem to clean. Just picked it up and the spots look exactly the same. The person working was incredibly rude and said she could send it back but would likely be no different. Disappointed in the cleaning service, but more disappointed in the customer service. Would recommend going somewhere else.
Always courteous and fast with my dry cleaning. I typically have a suit or a few shirts or a comforter. Price has been affordable as well. I have been coming for the past 6 years. I love the pull up express drop off one as well.
I had been with my previous cleaners for 25+ years. When it closed I tried 4 others including Pride. Of those that I have tried, the service at your Pride location on Metcalf just north of 151st street has been good & the actual cleaning has been the best. My only complaint is access off Metcalf as well as parking in front of your store otherwise I would have awarded you five stars.
