I initially had a iffy experience at their other dry cleaning location that left me feeling hesitant to leave my clothing. Due to that interaction, I sought out another dry cleaning service in the area not realizing it was the same company and im so glad I went to the Lansing location. The lady working the counter at drop off was so sweet and nice and even at pickup the staff was super friendly. I’ve used the tailors here for years and last week they altered a pair of linen suit pants and did a great job. I’m a big fan but remember to leave several weeks of lead time. Worth the wait and prices are fair. Price Cleaners is very good!

Took our daughter’s prom dress in to have a spot removed and they did an amazing job! The staff was extra helpful at drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!

Every time I have come to this location, I am grateful for the customer service I receive from the nice lady who has been working there. Even before Pride Cleaners took over, she has been at this location. Her customer service is the main reason I choose to continue to use this business. I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves for the customer service she consistently provides to others. Thank you for keeping her as an employee.
