Is it possible to give a negative -40 on a scales of 0-5? Highly recommend you NEVER use this cleaners and location. There ability to keep accounts straight, basic dry cleaning is so bad that it really difficult to believe how look any company can function. The last interaction I had with the person behind the counter on 1/14/23 was the final straw.
I had my wool coat dry cleaned But the result was disappointing. I had to ask for a redo and they said yes so I’ll update my review as I receive my coat back. I was pretty satisfied with the stain removal on my white windbreaker even though there was some residue. This was understandable as they noted that this was the best they could do without ruining the garment.
