They threw out our garment bags and nice wooden hangers... I understand if that's your policy, but give us a heads up next time so we have an opportunity to save them from the landfill. So wasteful. The guy working behind the counter also admitted to me that they have enough new hangers and will not reuse hangers that are returned for recycling- those end up in the landfill as well.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but even the person working there at the time I picked up my dress said that he agreed that it was bad. This was the second attempt. The dress is a silk and cotton blend, and came back looking like it had been crumpled up on the floor before they put it on a hanger and gave it back to me. I had my wool coat dry cleaned But the result was disappointing. I had to ask for a redo and they said yes so I’ll update my review as I receive my coat back. I was pretty satisfied with the stain removal on my white windbreaker even though there was some residue. This was understandable as they noted that this was the best they could do without ruining the garment.

Is it possible to give a negative -40 on a scales of 0-5? Highly recommend you NEVER use this cleaners and location. There ability to keep accounts straight, basic dry cleaning is so bad that it really difficult to believe how look any company can function. The last interaction I had with the person behind the counter on 1/14/23 was the final straw.
