I could not believe the excellent job that Pride Cleaners did on my new dress pants. They got covered in wax from hitting against a wax warmer and when I received my pants back, it was like they were brand new from the store again! The price of the cleaning was a steal and I will continue to do buisness with Pride in the future.

I came to pick up my order. I asked the lady if the 20% discount was applied she looked at me and said I guess so. I said we have to do a little bit better than that so after she called whoever she called the discount was never applied she had to put it in manually, I told her it was my money and not hers and if I had listen to her pride cleaners would’ve had 20% more of my money. I have not heard lately that they are in the bankruptcy court.

Pride Cleaners in Harrisonville always does a great job with whatever I take them. They are speedy and reasonable. Plus I love the coupons they send via my email so I can save more $$.

Young ladies were very unfamiliar with the computer information retrieval. They told me that I had no cleaning to pick up, but after several attempts were able to find my order.

They do an excellent job on cleaning my clothes, and the employees are always nice and accommodating, especially the retired lady that works Tuesdays and Thursdays, when the younger employees screw up my orders the lady there on Tuesdays and Thursdays has always been able to figure out where my clothes are, I personally think she needs a raise, she is consistently able to do what the others seem incapable of Respectfully; Robert Ross
