I came to pick up my order. I asked the lady if the 20% discount was applied she looked at me and said I guess so. I said we have to do a little bit better than that so after she called whoever she called the discount was never applied she had to put it in manually, I told her it was my money and not hers and if I had listen to her pride cleaners would’ve had 20% more of my money. I have not heard lately that they are in the bankruptcy court.
Pride Cleaners in Harrisonville always does a great job with whatever I take them. They are speedy and reasonable. Plus I love the coupons they send via my email so I can save more $$.
My favorite pair of khakis never came back two weeks ago, hope this is a one time issue. The pride cleaner I previously used always offered compensation for occasional lost articles but not this store. They even stated didn’t bring them in and said that I had brought in stuff I don’t even own lol
Needed a jacket cleaned and it was ready the next day. The woman at the counter was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely bring back more items that need a dry cleaner to Pride Cleaners in the future.
Really poor job on my show coat. Don't bring anything important here. I now have to get a crease out myself. Pride used to be good, but no more.
