I had two winter coats cleaned, one with a buttoned-in lining and button-off hood, so my order was for three items. I accidentally left my winter gloves in the pockets. The employees put my gloves in two bags with my name and phone number on the bags. I was really grateful, because I've lost gloves at the cleaners before because I forgot to take them out of the pockets. They put the hood on a separate hanger.
