Horrible service bring a shirt in early this morning for a funeral tomorrow and my shirt came back wrinkle not ironed and lint all over it they pretty much ripped me off smhd

First, I cannot identify the clerk who serviced me. There was no identifying name on her person or receipt. I know, she was Not the young lady with multi-colored hair. I have taken my clothes to Pride for over 15 years. I stopped renewing my membership as it became too expensive over time. After receiving several emails with 30% dry cleaning and laundry, I returned. Today, I picked up my order after a prompt text that my order was ready. I need a dinner jacket and pants cleaned for homecoming. I was expecting it to take more than 2 days, however, my items were laundered within 24 hours. The young lady behind the counter was very nice both dropping off and pick up.

10/21/25. Great team. Always pick up and deliver on time. Clothes are always cleaned perfectly, never an issue with lost clothing. Highly recommend 7/8/25. The Pride Cleaner team does a great job. Very convenient and always timely. Awesome communication about schedules and specials. 2024; Great service. Make it super easy to do business

Spent too many years on the road. Wash and fold places were my way to enjoy my 1 day off without having the laundry chores. Pride Cleaners of Grandview Mo is top of the line for cleanliness, prompt service and professionalism. Definitely recommend.
