Staff was friendly and they were able to get my down comforter cleaned much quicker than they thought it would be. I don't know how the prices stack up since I'm new to dry cleaning but I think on Wednesday or Thursday (I can't remember right now but will update soon) shirts are only $1.75

Poor service. Used dark hangers that made 8 white shirts full of black marks. After several re-washes they are better but not clean. Not a single "I am sorry" - just impolite behavior. I will not use them again.

Tell me "I'm not welcomed" without telling me "I'm not welcomed." After a quick online analysis of those who noted rude and unwelcoming receptions, it's easy to pinpoint a common profile. At least I'm welcomed at Arrows! Thanks for letting me know that you do not need my patronage!

I arrived at 5:52pm for pickup. It appeared that the store was closed as the front lights were off. The clerk yelled something from inside but I couldn't see or hear her. Finally I heard her shout angrily, "The door's open!" Apparently she (Sherrel) was upset as she was already in the process of closing. She never acknowledged me except to ask my phone number and then bark the total price. After she grabbed the signed receipt, she turned around & finished closing. I will never return.
