I had a fantastic time picking up my dry cleaning. (I’ve never said THAT before.) I think I gave my own phone number incorrectly and the wonderful lady helping me was STILL able to find my suit and the suit itself was like new. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in my life. This is my new dry cleaner for sure.

Thank heavens, Pride finally got it right, twice actually! For way too long I've been asking for my linen blouses to be finished with starch, like is done for the men's. Twice now, they've been starched perfectly! & it was half the price of the dry cleaning that was always done in past! Happy customer, Anne M.

We previously used (over 10 yrs ago) Pride Cleaners on the Plaza and never had a problem. We recently used the Fairway location to have a suit dry cleaned. The person running/working at this location was extremely unprofessional. Our suit was lost, never once received an apology just a lots of scoffs, eye rolls, and eye contact avoidance because we didn't know the brand of the suit or other specific info to help them locate it. I brought 2 jackets in yesterday (7-17-2025) and was happy to learn that they would be ready today, (7-18-20205). I also like that they text me when my order is ready for pick-up and the Customer Service in the Fairway store is great!!👍🏼👍🏼
