We previously used (over 10 yrs ago) Pride Cleaners on the Plaza and never had a problem. We recently used the Fairway location to have a suit dry cleaned. The person running/working at this location was extremely unprofessional. Our suit was lost, never once received an apology just a lots of scoffs, eye rolls, and eye contact avoidance because we didn't know the brand of the suit or other specific info to help them locate it. Pride = excellent cleaning, timely and staff are welcoming and friendly. I look forward to going back Wish I’d asked the person’s name who waited on me both drop off and pick-up at the Fairway location because she needs, deserves, a personal shout-out. Thank you Pride!

I have been using pride cleaners for over 20 years. I have never had an issue and the staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend you check them out.

First I dropped off my garment at one location. When picking up I was told it was somewhere else because they are permanently closing. Why I wasn’t informed of this when dropping off is beyond me. Fine. I then drove to the next location. I was supposed to have a coupon added to my account. Nothing. Also, my account is not correctly showing information.

My go-to for all cleaning needs! They are fast, inexpensive, and do amazing work. You get a text message as soon as they are finished so you never have to wonder if it's done. They even do comforters and almost any other cloth you can think of. I will be routinely going back.
