First I dropped off my garment at one location. When picking up I was told it was somewhere else because they are permanently closing. Why I wasn’t informed of this when dropping off is beyond me. Fine. I then drove to the next location. I was supposed to have a coupon added to my account. Nothing. Also, my account is not correctly showing information.
My go-to for all cleaning needs! They are fast, inexpensive, and do amazing work. You get a text message as soon as they are finished so you never have to wonder if it's done. They even do comforters and almost any other cloth you can think of. I will be routinely going back.
Great job on my clothes but the customer service is terrible. I felt that I was an inconvenience dropping off my clothes and then the attitude when paying, id rather take my business somewhere else. I’ve never had an issue back in Dallas. Disappointed to say the least. Hopefully you guys improve especially in that kind of area I assume are higher end middle class clientele.
Worker was rude, unfriendly and uninviting. I can't recommend this site. Arrows is about same price but kind. Actually I'd pay more for good customer service
Jamie is absolutely wonderful. I had a long standing issue with a different location and within five minutes of meeting Jamie she had the whole thing sorted out for me. She is a delightful woman who really cares about the customer. I look forward to seeing her weekly!
