I really love this location the manager Kaci is so amazing a nice. She always helps me right away if I have issues and gets them resolved. I've been coming to this location for years. I hope the owner knows how lucky they are to have her. As for the cleaning Pride is top notch and if something isn't done well they will redo it free of charge.

I had a fantastic time picking up my dry cleaning. (I’ve never said THAT before.) I think I gave my own phone number incorrectly and the wonderful lady helping me was STILL able to find my suit and the suit itself was like new. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in my life. This is my new dry cleaner for sure.

Thank heavens, Pride finally got it right, twice actually! For way too long I've been asking for my linen blouses to be finished with starch, like is done for the men's. Twice now, they've been starched perfectly! & it was half the price of the dry cleaning that was always done in past! Happy customer, Anne M.

I brought 2 jackets in yesterday (7-17-2025) and was happy to learn that they would be ready today, (7-18-20205). I also like that they text me when my order is ready for pick-up and the Customer Service in the Fairway store is great!!👍🏼👍🏼

I’d give zero stars if I could. The manager there is a raving lunatic. In addition to being rude and nasty she is downright mean. I wouldn’t go back that store if it was the only one in the world.
