I will no longer be taking my dry cleaning here. I dropped off three garments. Went to pick up and they said one of them was not processed and would require me to sign a liability waiver before they would agree to process. Pride Cleaners is a very reliable and trustworthy cleaner. I use them for my shirts and slacks. I am very satisfied with their laundering of my clothes. Their service is always timely and personal as the associate always calls me by name.

My previous cleaners in Abilene, Texas, used to replace missing and damaged buttons. I guess that is too much to ask , but it sure was nice to get attention to detail.

We have been loyal customers here. I recently brought a pair of green throw pillow covers for in for dry cleaning. When I picked them up, they were faded and light blue — a completely different color. When I brought them back for resolution, I was told they wanted to try to fix them. Later, I was informed they “followed the label care instructions” and to contact the manufacturer. Brought in two items, a down comforter and a down Patagonia vest. When I picked them up, both items were tagged with "Damaged when received" which was absolutely not true. The comforter was soiled along the bottom edge, indicating that it had been dragged on a dirty floor before wrapping. My Patagonia vest was completely ruined, the down inside was flat and clumpy, all the puffiness was gone. Paid over $60 to have one item poorly cleaned and another item ruined.
