I'm so disappointed in this place. I use them periodically for dry cleaning. I dropped a pair of pants that needed to be restrung. I specifically stated I did not need dry cleaning. The pants came back dry cleaned and missing the string. The woman working there said that alterations could find a string for the pants to get them completed, but it won't be the original. I had a new dress that only needed to be steamed. I was charged over $13.00 for it. It was o e of two items I took. Theynither sweater was supposed to be treated for stains they were not removed. I won’t be returning. The only part that was impressive was the 24 hr. turnaround.
I always get my garments back on time as promised, clean, pressed, and looking sharp. Terry provides excellent service. He always has my order hanging when I walk in if he sees my vehicle arrive. He is friendly, and efficient with navigating gift cards, discounts, etc. in the system.
My order was done fast and in good quality. If 3 is average then I’d say Pride cleaners did a good job but nothing that blew me away.
I will no longer be taking my dry cleaning here. I dropped off three garments. Went to pick up and they said one of them was not processed and would require me to sign a liability waiver before they would agree to process. I declined to sign the waiver because it’s a one of a kind vintage piece and didn’t want to take the risk. They charged me for the other two with no comment so I thought they were fine.
