We have been loyal customers here. I recently brought a pair of green throw pillow covers for in for dry cleaning. When I picked them up, they were faded and light blue — a completely different color. When I brought them back for resolution, I was told they wanted to try to fix them. Later, I was informed they “followed the label care instructions” and to contact the manufacturer. I really enjoy coming to this place. Terry always makes sure that I have a good experience, and on top of that, always calls me by name as soon as I walk in. That makes for such a great customer experience. I actually look forward to going to the Dry Cleaners, which has not always been the case in the past. They have done a good job on my clothes, and I would recommend to people that they choose this Dry Cleaner over any other.

Some confusion about when a suit was needed before a flight out of town for an important meeting. They went out of their way to see to the suit arriving in time. The fact they listened to how important it was for me to have the suit and got it to me in time was very much appreciated.

I dropped off my coat on Sunday and they had it cleaned and pressed by Monday evening. I picked it up Tuesday and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
