They lost my expensive suit jacket, and it was a very stressful week before it was found and returned to me without even a hint of an apology. I brought some items to get dry cleaned on a Monday, two of which (a nice dress shirt and suit jacket) had small stains on them. Tuesday I pick them up and the stains were still there, so they offered to re-do them.
