Very good customer service and good quality Dry cleaning! My shirts come out great and only had to send one Suit coat back once because of stubborn spots. Overall a great place and in the neighborhood.
Wonderful customer service! I had a horrible guest service interaction at another location but the staff at County Hill are respectful, helpful and kind. They even helped me take my comforters out to my car. Will definitely be back and recommend this particular location to others.
I’ve been using that location since 2019. I have no complaints.They do a decent job And in a timely manner. The attendants are friendly & cooperative. The clothes are professionally cleaned.
Charged for dry cleaning on a shirt that specifically said “DO NOT DRYCLEAN” on the tag. I couldn’t figure out why it was more expensive than usual because they didn’t provide a receipt, but I figured it out after I left. EDIT - Thank you for the follow up below. My clothes are ready almost always next day and they look great. The staff is friendly and attentive at my location in Lenexa. Great job.
