Wonderful customer service! I had a horrible guest service interaction at another location but the staff at County Hill are respectful, helpful and kind. They even helped me take my comforters out to my car. Will definitely be back and recommend this particular location to others.
The two pieces returned clean pressed nice. The one lost $100 shirt was not returned. Took me a return trip ( no phone call from the store #361) over a few weeks to finally retrieve my last piece. Pride Cleaners wanted me to pay for the two cleaned pieces on initial pickup. I asked them how did they want to handle the lost $100 shirt……I did not pay for the two pieces until I received my third piece. Also: No apologies. No nothing. Not even a thank you for the business. Lost one steady solid customer.
I’ve been using that location since 2019. I have no complaints.They do a decent job And in a timely manner. The attendants are friendly & cooperative. The clothes are professionally cleaned.
I asked my daughter to recommend a dry cleaner to me, this is where she sent me. I found it to be a clean shop with knowledgeable employees. They checked the cleaning directions on my clothes. I was told that I could pick my cleaning up after 5 the following day. In the morning of the following day I received a text message that my shirts were ready to be picked up. An easy transaction.
Charged for dry cleaning on a shirt that specifically said “DO NOT DRYCLEAN” on the tag. I couldn’t figure out why it was more expensive than usual because they didn’t provide a receipt, but I figured it out after I left. EDIT - Thank you for the follow up below.
