Staff constantly overworked. They unexpectedly closed on a scheduled pick up day. Called the office, no reply. Poor customer service. Used to be the gold standard. Now, f ind any other service.
They did a great job!! Friendly customer service, very affordable, and my wool coat is looking and feeling great now. Absolutely no complaints. Recommend.
Sterling is great! He’s always been friendly and helpful. I wasn’t really tied to any one cleaners but he’s really nice and remembers people which I’ve observed from other customers. The parking is terrible but I’ve been going here since 2010 and it’s been pretty consistent, although I will say Sterling has been the friendliest and the reason I wrote the review when I left my husbands pants and he called when I’m sure he was busy and held them till the next day.
This review is specifically about the job they were supposed to do. I took a suit, a tie, and a shirt. I trusted them because my shirt and tie were Brooks Brothers. Absolutely horrible job. They ripped the tie tag on the back. I know it's not very handy but I didn't expect it to be partially ripped. The shirt did not look pressed at all...
