It’s been since July. It’s frustrating to get your dry clean ONLY clothes dry cleaned and shriveled and ruined… not to mention hair all over it lol. Laughable it was my first experience. I’ve been into the store 4/5 times and followed up. I was told “I’m not the manager” the first 3 times, on the 3 time. When the individual told me we will email/send a refund check to my address, I asked, how do you have my address do you need it now? Nope, “corporate” will contact you. Showed up a few minutes before closing. Door locked. As I was getting in my car, the person came out. I asked if I could drop off. "No." Fair enough. Could I get a bag since we never got ours back back the last time we dropped off using it. They shrugged and said, "yeah, you could do that Monday" and walked away. Ok. Will look at new dry cleaners on Monday.

We have been customers for 4+ years at your Brookside location and today I received the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Today, (10/29) I arrived at 6:00 on the dot. The young lady that was working shook her head at me and said no. She then proceeded to be out the front door to her car, which was parked in the very best location (first parking spot) for your customers to park. My items did not smell clean when I received them back. I paid over $100 to get 8 items cleaned. One of them they rejected because it was leather and the young lady that was running the store stated that the chemicals they used would destroy it. The garment calls for dry cleaning, which is why I brought it to the cleaners so why it was rejected I don’t understand. Customer service was appropriately respectful. I picked up my garment today. It looked amazing. And the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this Pride Cleaners location to friends and family.
