My 5-star review is specifically for the front desk customer service consistently provided by Jenny. She is always willing to help and is incredibly friendly and gracious to customers. Even though I had a complaint related to a totally separate issue, I will continue to patronize this location because of her outstanding service.

Showed up a few minutes before closing. Door locked. As I was getting in my car, the person came out. I asked if I could drop off. "No." Fair enough. Could I get a bag since we never got ours back back the last time we dropped off using it. They shrugged and said, "yeah, you could do that Monday" and walked away. Ok. Will look at new dry cleaners on Monday.

We have been customers for 4+ years at your Brookside location and today I received the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Today, (10/29) I arrived at 6:00 on the dot. The young lady that was working shook her head at me and said no. She then proceeded to be out the front door to her car, which was parked in the very best location (first parking spot) for your customers to park. Greeted with a smile, left with a smile!!! Service was amazing, and garment ( pants) was pressed to perfection!! Give the young lady who works there a raised, I am sure she deserves a higher Wage!!!
