Good! We pulled up and waited, then walked inside to drop off, and the same when we picked up! I'm not sure if the car service is for customers or something else. We were a bit confused after waiting for a while and the only customers present! The clothes came back more expensive than I anticipated! A dress and suit with a shirt was $70. The service was fine. I’m not sure why different people working have different rules when dropping off your clothes. I’ve been there a handful of times and just this last time I was asked to get the clothes out of the backseat. Any other time, the person asked where the clothes were and got them. The sign literally says to not get out of the car too. If it a rule for every worker, totally fine. I just expect the same process every time I go there.
I have cleaners much closer to my home. I lived by the Broadmoor Pride for a few months and was spoiled. The service here is unmatched. I pull up, she recognizes my car, and my laundry appears. She is always friendly, and makes the whole process pleasant. This employee does a fantastic job representing Pride Cleaners.
Super quick, they had it done way before I expected, and alerted me right away. Gave good advice about what I needed, because I had never done dry cleaning before - and it saved me some money. Awesome service!!
The staff was very polite. They were responsive by calling me timely to let me know the specifics on a coat that would need special treatment.
