Good! We pulled up and waited, then walked inside to drop off, and the same when we picked up! I'm not sure if the car service is for customers or something else. We were a bit confused after waiting for a while and the only customers present! The clothes came back more expensive than I anticipated! A dress and suit with a shirt was $70. I have cleaners much closer to my home. I lived by the Broadmoor Pride for a few months and was spoiled. The service here is unmatched. I pull up, she recognizes my car, and my laundry appears. She is always friendly, and makes the whole process pleasant. This employee does a fantastic job representing Pride Cleaners.
I have been using this same location for 7 years. Always have a nice person working the counter. And I have never had an issue with my clothing I brought in. I gave them 5 stars, no question
Been here for years and still going strong. I believe they are the best dry cleaners in the Kansas City area. And you get to drive up and not have to get out of the car. They'll take it right from you.
So easy and convenient, my favorite location. My clothes always come back better than before.
