Good! We pulled up and waited, then walked inside to drop off, and the same when we picked up! I'm not sure if the car service is for customers or something else. We were a bit confused after waiting for a while and the only customers present! The clothes came back more expensive than I anticipated! A dress and suit with a shirt was $70. I have always been happy with Pride Cleaners until now. I gave Pride Cleaners one of my shirts that had a gel point ball point pen spot, which is what I have done numerous times before; to remove the spot. I pointed out the spot when I gave them my shirt and told them to remove the spot and have the shirt dry cleaned to ensure the best possible cleaning. I just picked up the shirt. Had 3 comforters cleaned. The young lady gave me a discount for senior citizens. She was very personable. And she had me give her my email address for coupons. Never had to get out of my car. No one had ever told me how to get coupons and I’m a regular customer.
Pride’s did a beautiful job cleaning my clothes, and deserve a 5 star rating for their cleaning! I feel the drop off/pick up could be improved upon, maybe similar to fast food, where they ask how many items and produce a ticket before coming outside. Similarly, I could state my ticket number and have payment ready before they come to my car. Too many trips in and out, taking up time. That said, they are always my first choice.
Pride Cleaners is generally fine for everyday items, but I would be cautious about bringing more delicate or high-end clothing. A gown I brought in was returned with a safety pin through the fabric and a noticeable snag elsewhere.
