I brought in a hood to sew on fur, provided all materials but the black thread, so the fur, zipper, black nylon and buttons. It was kept for 4 months and now it is all wrong even though I brought her an exact example from a very expensive coat to just copy. No zipper, no ruffle on the fur, snaps coming off on the way home. Good! We pulled up and waited, then walked inside to drop off, and the same when we picked up! I'm not sure if the car service is for customers or something else. We were a bit confused after waiting for a while and the only customers present! The clothes came back more expensive than I anticipated! A dress and suit with a shirt was $70. Very professional and dependable service. My clothes are always returned clean, fresh, and perfectly pressed. They handle garments with care and complete orders on time. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent quality at a reasonable price.

I’ve been to several different Pride Cleaner locations in the KC area. It was my first and probably last time coming to this location. I don’t know if prices vary by locations but I was charged the most at this Pride Cleaner. I was charged almost $30 for one single garment- a very light weight polyester summer dress(tag said dry clean only).

Have gone to Pride Cleaners for years. The prices have gone waaaay up. I understand inflation, however I had 4 pieces. It was almost 65.00 and the quality was NOT great! It’s a wrap for me!👎🏽
