Nothing was said at pick-up of any damage. This dress is brand new/never worn. Unbelievable - we won’t be back….. 100% don’t recommend!

I visited the store this afternoon after not being in a little while , and the manager was yelling at an employee, I felt so bad for her, I could not believe it, and in front of a customer at that, I was shocked, This store is ridiculous, the turn over rate for employees is crazy to me, how many different ones I see here, for a small store. There are a few that were so nice and then they just were gone . My garments always turn out fine but there is a lady at the front who always seems to try and convince me that the process is going to destroy my items in some way. She does less “disclosing” and more fear striking. She’s constantly CONVINCED that beads will fall off, sequence will be ripped apart, sheer will shred, etc. Even with standard clothes like suits. We haven’t used a cleaners in a very long time. I wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with Pride Cleaners in Bonner Springs. How can you beat 24 hour turn around time!!
