It was very good. The young man was very nice and polite. The Store in Bonner Springs, needs a good spring cleaning. And also, needs to do better spot checking. It is costing $25 a suit now to get cleaned. Several of the suits, that we have had cleaned, have come back with spots. Most of the spots were not hard to get out. (Food)

First time user. Dropped off 2 articles of clothing. Left one to be redone. Spots still on the shirt. I took my jacket home but not entirely clean. The day after( today) I received a coupon via text for a discount. Too late now. I already paid.

This dry cleaners does an excellent job. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable. Coupons are great! So happy to have found them!

Terrible experience! My clergy collar that is normally white is now tan! I’m taking it back to see what can be done to restore it to its original color of white. Also, the last couple of times I’ve been at the Bonner Springs location the attendant has been in the bathroom, with a long wait (life happens & I understand that) however, with the bathroom being in such close proximity to the lobby area, you can hear all that takes place & doesn’t take place. This is my second time walking in the store and not being acknowledged. I had to loudly and verbally call for attention even after the front doorbell rang after crossing the door threshold. The first time this happened I waited for 3 or 4 minutes before having to call for assistance and was told I was lying and met with an expletive after stating I had been standing there for several minutes
