This dry cleaners does an excellent job. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable. Coupons are great! So happy to have found them!
Terrible experience! My clergy collar that is normally white is now tan! I’m taking it back to see what can be done to restore it to its original color of white. Also, the last couple of times I’ve been at the Bonner Springs location the attendant has been in the bathroom, with a long wait (life happens & I understand that) however, with the bathroom being in such close proximity to the lobby area, you can hear all that takes place & doesn’t take place. I was searching for reasonably priced options to have my clothes cleaned/pressed. When I got notified in 24 hrs that my clothes were ready to pick up, I was floored. When the attendee gave me the price, I thought they'd made a mistake. This is going to be my cleaner. I'm already recommending them to my family/friends.
This is my second time walking in the store and not being acknowledged. I had to loudly and verbally call for attention even after the front doorbell rang after crossing the door threshold. The first time this happened I waited for 3 or 4 minutes before having to call for assistance and was told I was lying and met with an expletive after stating I had been standing there for several minutes
The cleaning of my garments is great. I turned my shirts in and the employee was courteous and informed me my garments would be back and ready the following day. I appreciate the quality and fast turn around.
