Great place to do business. I had two stained custom pillow covers that could not be washed. I was worried they wouldn’t come clean. Pride did a super job on these covers. All stains were removed and they look like new. Really great customer service too.
I stopped by the location and no one was upfront. I called hello several times no one came forward. I asked if anybody was there still no one replied. I started to call the phone number and someone came out of the back. I asked to have a suit cleaned that had a pleated skirt. They told me they do not press cleats back into Garments because it’s too hard. To me it sounds like they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve never had a dry cleaner. Tell me they can’t clean and press a garment.
I love this location! The turn around time is really fast and the blonde lady working there (I’m so sorry, I don’t remember her name, but I will edit this review next time I go. She really deserves recognition and my thanks) is SO friendly and helpful. This is hands down the best - thank you for such amazing service!
